【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)評價功能是高校機構(gòu)知識庫服務(wù)功能的重要組成部分。文章論述了建設(shè)高校機構(gòu)知識庫學(xué)術(shù)評價功能對科研管理和機構(gòu)庫本身的必要性,從總體功能框架、評價指標(biāo)等方面提出構(gòu)建機構(gòu)庫學(xué)術(shù)評價功能的方案。通過分析國內(nèi)外機構(gòu)知識庫在學(xué)術(shù)評價功能的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)提出機構(gòu)知識庫學(xué)術(shù)評價功能的框架圖。最后建議高校選擇最適合本校機構(gòu)庫的評價指標(biāo)和平臺,最終實現(xiàn)機構(gòu)庫學(xué)術(shù)評價成果集成共享,提高數(shù)據(jù)的綜合利用率。
[Abstract]:The function of academic evaluation is an important part of the service function of institutional knowledge base in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the necessity of constructing the academic evaluation function of institutional knowledge base for scientific research management and institution library itself, and puts forward a scheme to construct the academic evaluation function of institutional repository from the aspects of overall functional framework and evaluation index. By analyzing the development of institutional knowledge base in academic evaluation function at home and abroad, the frame diagram of academic evaluation function of institutional knowledge base is summarized and put forward. Finally, it is suggested that colleges and universities should choose the most suitable evaluation index and platform for the institution library, and finally realize the integration and sharing of academic evaluation results of the institution bank and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of the data.
