【摘要】：利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法,對(duì)當(dāng)前美國(guó)和日本兩國(guó)圖書(shū)館標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范體系進(jìn)行調(diào)查及梳理。通過(guò)具體分析其管理主體、設(shè)計(jì)流程、內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu),總結(jié)兩國(guó)在圖書(shū)館標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范體系建立方面的特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出我國(guó)在建設(shè)圖書(shū)館標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范體系的過(guò)程中,應(yīng)注意推動(dòng)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)發(fā)揮作用、保證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范針對(duì)性和加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature survey and network investigation, this paper investigates and combs the library standard and norm system of the United States and Japan. By analyzing the main body of management, designing process, content structure, summarizing the characteristics of the establishment of library standard and norm system between the two countries, and combining with the advanced experience of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the process of constructing library standard system in our country. Attention should be paid to promoting the role of trade associations, ensuring the pertinence of standards and strengthening the popularization and application of standards.
