【摘要】：國(guó)家對(duì)傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化傳承發(fā)展的重視,社會(huì)對(duì)和諧團(tuán)結(jié)的追求,公民對(duì)家風(fēng)家訓(xùn)的心理認(rèn)同。以上種種因素,愈加凸顯譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)的重要意義。譜牒檔案是檔案領(lǐng)域里的一朵奇葩,譜牒是綜合記載整族歷史的檔案,有著延續(xù)良好家風(fēng),穩(wěn)定宗族內(nèi)部秩序,增強(qiáng)宗族凝聚力和向心力,鞏固社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展等作用。對(duì)譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,為實(shí)際的開(kāi)發(fā)工作提供理論參考,并為譜牒檔案功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)增添一點(diǎn)助力。在當(dāng)前時(shí)代背景下,譜牒檔案的開(kāi)發(fā)工作被賦予了新的歷史使命。通過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)譜牒檔案,可以利用其憑證價(jià)值維護(hù)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定,解決歷史的遺留問(wèn)題和沖突爭(zhēng)端事件;可以挖掘其中豐富多彩的歷史文化資源,用于教育、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展;可以順應(yīng)尋根問(wèn)祖的潮流,滿足現(xiàn)代人追求歸屬感和提升自我認(rèn)知的需求。譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,要求開(kāi)發(fā)人員把握開(kāi)發(fā)的優(yōu)勢(shì),改善現(xiàn)實(shí)的不足。筆者通過(guò)調(diào)查研究和案例分析,站在檔案學(xué)的角度,對(duì)譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)的意義和條件、譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的闡釋,進(jìn)而從譜牒檔案的開(kāi)發(fā)主體、開(kāi)發(fā)客體、開(kāi)發(fā)形式、開(kāi)發(fā)推廣這四個(gè)方面對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)策略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述。文章寫(xiě)作思路:首先分析當(dāng)下譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)的意義和有利條件。其次,結(jié)合典型案例,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析法客觀闡述譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,研究其形成原因和影響。最后,提出加強(qiáng)譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)的策略。策略涵蓋了資源管理、籌備開(kāi)發(fā)和具體開(kāi)發(fā)的整個(gè)過(guò)程,涉及了哲學(xué)、心理學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、管理學(xué)等多個(gè)學(xué)科相關(guān)知識(shí)。本文力圖通過(guò)譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)研究,為實(shí)際的開(kāi)發(fā)工作提供理論支撐,促進(jìn)譜牒檔案開(kāi)發(fā)的實(shí)踐,提高開(kāi)發(fā)成果的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,順應(yīng)時(shí)代需求,傳承優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,堅(jiān)定民族文化自信,鞏固社會(huì)和諧。
[Abstract]:The state attaches importance to the inheritance and development of traditional excellent culture, the pursuit of harmony and unity in society, and the psychological identity of citizens to the home style and family instruction. All these factors, increasingly highlight the importance of the development of genealogical archives. Genealogical archives are a wonderful flower in the field of archives. Genealogy is a comprehensive record of the history of the whole clan. It has the functions of continuing good family style, stabilizing the internal order of the clan, strengthening the cohesion and centripetal force of the clan, and consolidating the stable development of the society. The related contents of the development of genealogical archives are studied to provide theoretical reference for the actual development work and to add a little help to the realization of the function of genealogical archives. Under the background of the present era, the development of genealogical archives has been entrusted with a new historical mission. By developing genealogical archives, we can use their voucher values to safeguard social stability, solve historical problems and conflicts and disputes, and tap rich and colorful historical and cultural resources for education and culture. The development of economy and society can conform to the trend of seeking roots and asking ancestors to meet the needs of modern people in pursuing their sense of belonging and improving their self-cognition. Both opportunities and challenges exist in the development of genealogical archives, which requires developers to grasp the advantages of development and to improve the reality. Through investigation and case analysis, from the perspective of archives, the author gives a comprehensive explanation of the significance and conditions of the development of genealogical archives, the present situation of the development of genealogical archives, and then from the development subject, object and form of development of genealogical archives. The development strategy is systematically expounded in four aspects. First, the paper analyzes the significance and favorable conditions of the development of the present genealogical archives. Secondly, combining with typical cases, this paper objectively expounds the status quo of the development of genealogical archives by means of comparative analysis, and studies the causes and effects of the development of genealogical archives. Finally, the strategy of strengthening the development of genealogical archives is put forward. The strategy covers the whole process of resource management, preparation and development, and involves philosophy, psychology, communication, management and so on. This paper tries to provide theoretical support for the actual development work, promote the practice of the development of genealogical archives, improve the application value of the development results, conform to the needs of the times, and inherit the outstanding traditional culture through the research of genealogical archives. Strengthen the confidence of national culture and consolidate social harmony.
