【摘要】：從傳播學(xué)的角度分析，檔案信息服務(wù)的本質(zhì)是檔案信息的傳播。檔案利用、檔案編研、檔案公布、檔案宣傳等都是檔案信息的傳播形式。大眾傳媒作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中最重要的信息系統(tǒng)，幾乎在任何時(shí)間、任何地點(diǎn)影響著每一個(gè)人。依托大眾傳播媒介途徑開展檔案信息服務(wù)，媒介作為服務(wù)的工具和手段。通過(guò)合理的媒介運(yùn)用策略可以有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)檔案信息社會(huì)化傳播。 本文結(jié)合我國(guó)公共檔案館檔案信息服務(wù)的實(shí)際，在分析、總結(jié)和借鑒檔案學(xué)、傳播學(xué)相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，闡釋了檔案信息大眾媒介傳播服務(wù)的相關(guān)概念，論述了大眾媒介途徑在檔案信息服務(wù)中的重要作用、必要性和可行性，構(gòu)建了檔案信息大眾媒介傳播服務(wù)的模式，同時(shí)探討了檔案信息大眾媒介傳播服務(wù)工作中出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題和重要原因，最后，針對(duì)如何全面、有效的為社會(huì)各界提供所需的檔案信息大眾媒介服務(wù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)策研究，，以充分地達(dá)到檔案信息社會(huì)化交流與共享的目的。
[Abstract]:From the angle of communication, the essence of archival information service is the dissemination of archival information. File utilization, file compilation and research, file publication, file propaganda are all forms of file information dissemination. As the most important information system in modern society, mass media affects everyone at almost any time, anywhere. Relying on the mass media channels to carry out archival information services, the media as a service tool and means. Through the reasonable medium application strategy, can realize the file information socialization dissemination effectively. Based on the practice of archival information service in public archives in China, and on the basis of analyzing, summarizing and drawing lessons from the relevant theories of archival science and communication, this paper explains the related concepts of archival information mass media service. This paper discusses the important role, necessity and feasibility of mass media channel in archives information service, and constructs the mode of mass media communication service of archival information. At the same time, it discusses the main problems and important reasons in the work of archival information mass media service. Finally, the paper makes a countermeasure study on how to provide the archives information mass media service for all walks of life in an all-round and effective way. In order to achieve the purpose of file information socialization communication and sharing.
