【摘要】：正××機(jī)場擴(kuò)建工程是一項(xiàng)龐大的系統(tǒng)工程,前期階段勘察設(shè)計(jì)、開工審批、招標(biāo)投標(biāo)工作面廣線長;施工過程涉及的單位工程多;工程標(biāo)段多,總包和分包情況復(fù)雜且與直接分包工程交叉,參建單位多達(dá)30個(gè)。與施工管理一樣,檔案管理也面臨許多新問題。我們引入質(zhì)量控制體系,把該工程項(xiàng)目的檔案管理看做是一件服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,使用這樣的方法控制其總體質(zhì)量。研究從四個(gè)方面的構(gòu)成搭建檔案管理質(zhì)量控制體系:監(jiān)督檢查組織機(jī)構(gòu)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范編制執(zhí)行、階段過程質(zhì)量控制以及檢查評估
[Abstract]:The expansion project of Zhengxxairport is a huge system project. In the early stage of investigation and design, the examination and approval of start of construction, the wide line length of bidding and bidding face, the number of unit projects involved in the construction process, the number of project segments, The total contract and subcontracting are complex and cross with direct subcontracting, with up to 30 participating units. Like construction management, archives management also faces many new problems. We introduce a quality control system to view the project file management as a service product and use this method to control the overall quality of the project. This paper studies how to set up the quality control system of archives management from four aspects: supervision and inspection organization, establishment and implementation of standards and norms, stage process quality control and inspection and evaluation.
