【摘要】：科技報(bào)告是國家科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的重要支撐資源,但目前存在開放程度不高、數(shù)據(jù)管理冗余和關(guān)聯(lián)不深入的問題。由此,本文提出應(yīng)用BIBFRAME書目框架構(gòu)建科技報(bào)告的關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)化服務(wù)的方案。該方案構(gòu)建了基于BIBFRAME的科技報(bào)告語義關(guān)聯(lián)與服務(wù)框架,通過語義描述、語義組織和語義服務(wù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)科技報(bào)告的關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)化并支持其展開豐富的語義服務(wù)。最后,本文對該方案的實(shí)證研究表明,該方案對于解決科技報(bào)告建設(shè)現(xiàn)存問題具有一定的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Science and technology report is an important supporting resource of national science and technology innovation strategy, but there are some problems such as low opening degree, data management redundancy and deep connection. Therefore, this paper puts forward a scheme of using BIBFRAME bibliographic framework to construct the associated data service of scientific and technological reports. The framework of semantic association and service based on BIBFRAME is constructed in this scheme. The semantic description, semantic organization and semantic services are used to realize the associated data of scientific and technological reports and support the development of rich semantic services. Finally, the empirical study shows that the scheme is feasible and effective for solving the existing problems in the construction of science and technology reports.
