【摘要】：【目的/意義】人際情報的核心是"人"和"情報",二者都是"智能"的。人際情報在經濟活動過程中的作用越來越突出,建立有效的人際情報網絡有利于挖掘隱性知識和情報,對國家、企業(yè)或個人,都有重要作用�！痉椒�/過程】本文依據人際資源地圖,將人際關系劃分成四種類型,再結合競爭情報和社交網絡理論,建立起三種相應的人際情報網絡模式,運用超循環(huán)理論加以說明,最后進行實例分析�！窘Y果/結論】本文依據人際關系,得出三種人際情報網絡模式,為建立更有效率的人際情報網絡提供參考。
[Abstract]:The core of interpersonal intelligence is "human" and "intelligence", both of which are intelligent. Interpersonal intelligence plays a more and more important role in the process of economic activities. The establishment of an effective interpersonal intelligence network is conducive to the mining of tacit knowledge and information to countries, enterprises or individuals. According to the map of human resources, this paper divides the interpersonal relationship into four types, and combines the theory of competitive intelligence and social network to establish three corresponding models of interpersonal intelligence network. Finally, by using the theory of hypercyclic analysis, an example analysis is carried out. [results / conclusion] according to the interpersonal relationship, three modes of interpersonal intelligence network are obtained, which provide a reference for the establishment of more efficient interpersonal information network.
