【摘要】：【目的/意義】人際情報(bào)的核心是"人"和"情報(bào)",二者都是"智能"的。人際情報(bào)在經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)過(guò)程中的作用越來(lái)越突出,建立有效的人際情報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)有利于挖掘隱性知識(shí)和情報(bào),對(duì)國(guó)家、企業(yè)或個(gè)人,都有重要作用。【方法/過(guò)程】本文依據(jù)人際資源地圖,將人際關(guān)系劃分成四種類(lèi)型,再結(jié)合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,建立起三種相應(yīng)的人際情報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式,運(yùn)用超循環(huán)理論加以說(shuō)明,最后進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析。【結(jié)果/結(jié)論】本文依據(jù)人際關(guān)系,得出三種人際情報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式,為建立更有效率的人際情報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The core of interpersonal intelligence is "human" and "intelligence", both of which are intelligent. Interpersonal intelligence plays a more and more important role in the process of economic activities. The establishment of an effective interpersonal intelligence network is conducive to the mining of tacit knowledge and information to countries, enterprises or individuals. According to the map of human resources, this paper divides the interpersonal relationship into four types, and combines the theory of competitive intelligence and social network to establish three corresponding models of interpersonal intelligence network. Finally, by using the theory of hypercyclic analysis, an example analysis is carried out. [results / conclusion] according to the interpersonal relationship, three modes of interpersonal intelligence network are obtained, which provide a reference for the establishment of more efficient interpersonal information network.
