【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)醫(yī)療事業(yè)的不斷改革與發(fā)展,涌現(xiàn)出了大量種類繁多的檔案資料,顯然傳統(tǒng)的檔案管理理念、方法以及模式已經(jīng)不能滿足需求,醫(yī)院必須結(jié)合自身實際情況積極采取相應(yīng)的推進策略,才能確保檔案管理工作能跟上醫(yī)院的發(fā)展步伐。基于此,本文首先分析當(dāng)前醫(yī)院檔案管理工作的重要性,然后著重探討如何推進醫(yī)院檔案管理工作的進一步發(fā)展,望能為同行提供一些參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform and development of domestic medical service, a large number of various archival materials have emerged. It is obvious that the traditional concepts, methods and models of archival management can no longer meet the demand. In order to ensure that the archives management can keep pace with the development of the hospital, the hospital must actively adopt the corresponding promotion strategy according to its own actual situation. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the importance of the current hospital archives management, then focuses on how to promote the further development of hospital archives management, hoping to provide some reference and reference for peers.
