【摘要】：正科研檔案統(tǒng)計(jì)工作具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,既是科研項(xiàng)目動(dòng)態(tài)管理的基礎(chǔ)性條件,也是科學(xué)研究創(chuàng)新及科學(xué)研究成果轉(zhuǎn)化的保障條件。本文從強(qiáng)化科研工作人員的歸檔意識(shí)、完善科研檔案統(tǒng)計(jì)管理制度、推進(jìn)科研檔案統(tǒng)計(jì)的信息化建設(shè)三個(gè)維度,提出了我國開展科研檔案統(tǒng)計(jì)工作的對(duì)策,以充分發(fā)揮科研檔案統(tǒng)計(jì)在推進(jìn)我國社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中的作用。
[Abstract]:The statistical work of scientific research archives is of great practical significance, which is not only the basic condition for the dynamic management of scientific research projects, but also the guarantee for scientific research innovation and the transformation of scientific research results. In this paper, the author puts forward the countermeasures of carrying out the statistics of scientific research archives in China from three aspects: strengthening the archiving consciousness of scientific research staff, perfecting the management system of scientific research archives statistics, and promoting the information construction of scientific research archives statistics. In order to give full play to the role of scientific research archives statistics in the process of promoting social development in China.
