中美增材制造領(lǐng)域發(fā)展對比研究及啟示

【摘要】:通過對中國和美國增材制造領(lǐng)域的期刊論文和專利數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,揭示兩國增材制造領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的異同。選用SCI期刊收錄的論文,對比兩國論文發(fā)表數(shù)量、年代分布、合作國家、機構(gòu)以及高被引論文等指標(biāo),選用DII專利數(shù)據(jù)庫,對比兩國專利申請數(shù)量、年代分布、全球技術(shù)布局、技術(shù)類別、專利權(quán)人等指標(biāo)。研究認(rèn)為中國在金屬構(gòu)件增材制造、高分子材料等細(xì)分領(lǐng)域已具備一定的優(yōu)勢,然而尚未建立廣泛的國際合作關(guān)系,缺乏具有全球視野和國際競爭力的企業(yè)。下一步需要全面落實國家宏觀指導(dǎo),在生物醫(yī)用增材制造等新興領(lǐng)域構(gòu)建先發(fā)優(yōu)勢,通過產(chǎn)學(xué)研緊密合作、加強軍民融合等促進(jìn)中國增材制造領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Through the comparative analysis of periodical papers and patent data in China and America, this paper reveals the similarities and differences of the development in the field of material increasing manufacturing between China and the United States. The number of papers published in SCI journals, the distribution of papers published in the two countries, the cooperation countries, institutions and high cited papers were compared. The patent database of DII was used to compare the number of patent applications, the distribution of years, and the global technology layout. Technical categories, patent holders and other indicators. It is concluded that China has some advantages in the manufacturing of metal components and polymer materials, but it has not yet established a wide range of international cooperation relations and lacks of enterprises with global vision and international competitiveness. The next step is to fully implement the national macro guidance, to build a first-mover advantage in new fields such as biomedical material increasing manufacturing, and to promote the development of China's material increasing manufacturing field through close cooperation between industry, education and research, and strengthening the integration of military and civil affairs.
