【摘要】：隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科技和移動終端應(yīng)用的迅猛發(fā)展,現(xiàn)階段己經(jīng)進入了以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為主體渠道進行用戶信息交流的時代,多而廣,繁而雜的信息來源,多層次的社交方式使人們眼花練亂。社交媒體具有鼓勵圖書館用戶參與并形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)互連、為圖書館用戶提供個性化推薦指導服務(wù)等特點。在Web2.0時代,圖書館利用社交媒體的理念和技術(shù),以及便捷的信息獲取與共享特點,宣傳并推廣圖書館服務(wù),獲得用戶的信任和依賴,從而提升圖書館服務(wù)水平。本文從用戶服務(wù)出發(fā),利用所在圖書館現(xiàn)有的圖書期刊、數(shù)據(jù)庫以及各種搜索引擎(百度、google等),搜集與本研究相關(guān)的圖書資料,結(jié)合研究成果和最新研究動態(tài),通過問卷調(diào)查、網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研的方式總結(jié)社交媒體在圖書館服務(wù)中應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并且針對存在的問題提出建設(shè)性的對策。本文結(jié)合圖書館用戶服務(wù)的實際應(yīng)用對社交媒體的理論與實踐展開研究,內(nèi)容共分為五章。第一章介紹了選題背景、研究目的及意義、研究方法等,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外學者對社交媒體的研究情況進行分析,找出理論研究的側(cè)重點,歸納、總結(jié)社交媒體對圖書館服務(wù)的應(yīng)用;第二章研究社交媒體在國內(nèi)外社交媒體的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,通過國內(nèi)外圖書館社交媒體服務(wù)的調(diào)查與對比,分析出國內(nèi)外圖書館應(yīng)用社交媒體的共同與差別;第三章提出圖書館現(xiàn)如今存在社交媒體的局限性、隱私保護觀念淡薄、缺乏對用戶需求的評估、服務(wù)理念淡薄、缺乏特色性服務(wù)等問題,并通過對如上提出的問題,分別闡釋出對應(yīng)的建立統(tǒng)一的管理和評估體系、制定有效的用戶隱私保護制度、制定圖書館利用社交媒體服務(wù)的內(nèi)容和功能上的特色等的解決方案;第四章理論聯(lián)系實際,對圖書館微信應(yīng)用平臺案例進行分析,具體闡述圖書館社交媒體服務(wù)的應(yīng)用;第五章進行全文總結(jié),并列出了研究中的重點和不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and mobile terminal application, at this stage has entered the Internet as the main channel for user information exchange era, many and wide, complex and miscellaneous sources of information, The multi-level social way makes people's eyes jumble. Social media is characterized by encouraging library users to participate in network interconnection and providing library users with personalized recommendation and guidance services. In the era of Web2.0, libraries make use of the concept and technology of social media and the characteristics of convenient information acquisition and sharing, propagate and popularize library services, gain the trust and dependence of users, and thus improve the level of library services. Based on user service, this paper collects books and materials related to this research by using existing books, periodicals, databases and various search engines (Baidu / Google, etc.) in the library, combining with the research results and the latest research trends, and through questionnaire survey. This paper summarizes the current application of social media in library services and puts forward constructive countermeasures against the existing problems. This paper studies the theory and practice of social media based on the practical application of library user service, which is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, research purpose and significance, research methods and so on. According to the domestic and foreign scholars' research situation of social media, find out the focus of theoretical research, sum up the application of social media to library service; The second chapter studies the current situation of the application of social media at home and abroad, through the investigation and comparison of the domestic and foreign library social media service, analyzes the common and difference between the domestic and foreign libraries in the application of social media; The third chapter points out that the library has the limitations of social media nowadays, the concept of privacy protection is weak, the lack of evaluation of users' needs, the weak concept of service, the lack of characteristic services and so on. The corresponding solutions of establishing a unified management and evaluation system, establishing an effective user privacy protection system, and making library use of the content and functional characteristics of social media services are explained respectively. Chapter four combines theory with practice. This paper analyzes the case of library WeChat application platform, expounds the application of library social media service in detail, summarizes the whole text in chapter 5, and lists the key points and deficiencies in the research.
