【摘要】：我國(guó)的檔案事業(yè)是以管理和開發(fā)檔案信息資源、以服務(wù)國(guó)家各項(xiàng)事業(yè)為宗旨的事業(yè)。我國(guó)檔案事業(yè)主要由檔案行政管理工作、檔案室工作、檔案館工作、檔案法制工作、檔案專業(yè)教育、檔案科學(xué)技術(shù)研究、檔案宣傳出版、檔案外事工作等八個(gè)方面組成。 六十多年來,云南檔案事業(yè)經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)從無到有、逐步完善、發(fā)展壯大的過程。在漫長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展歷程中,雖經(jīng)挫折,但是總體來看更多的是在不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。本文擬將建國(guó)后云南檔案事業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程分為三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行研究,分析各階段取得的成就,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,并對(duì)未來云南檔案事業(yè)的發(fā)展提出可行性建議、做出合理展望。 目前,云南檔案事業(yè)已經(jīng)取得了有目共睹的成就,但是由于經(jīng)濟(jì)水平、科技條件、地域限制、檔案意識(shí)等因素的制約,在實(shí)際檔案工作中仍存在許多的困難和不足。展望未來,云南檔案事業(yè)仍任重道遠(yuǎn)。然而,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技的不斷發(fā)展和社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步,在政府的持續(xù)支持以及全社會(huì)檔案意識(shí)不斷提高的形勢(shì)下,我們相信云南檔案事業(yè)會(huì)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步,在未來更多更好地為各項(xiàng)事業(yè)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The archival undertaking of our country aims at managing and developing the archives information resources and serving the various undertakings of the country. The archival undertaking in our country mainly consists of eight aspects: archives administration, archives office work, archives archives work, archives legal system work, archives professional education, archives science and technology research, archives propaganda and publication, archives foreign affairs work and so on. For more than 60 years, Yunnan archives has experienced a process of development and development from scratch to existence. In the long course of development, although through setbacks, but generally more in the continuous development and progress. This article intends to divide the development process of the archives in Yunnan into three stages after the founding of the people's Republic of China, analyze the achievements made in each stage, sum up the lack of experience, and put forward some feasible suggestions and reasonable prospects for the development of the archives in Yunnan in the future. At present, Yunnan archival enterprise has made obvious achievements, but due to the economic level, scientific and technological conditions, geographical constraints, archival awareness and other factors, there are still many difficulties and deficiencies in the actual archival work. Looking forward to the future, Yunnan archives is still a long way to go. However, with the continuous development of economy, science and technology and social progress, with the continuous support of the government and the increasing awareness of archives in the whole society, we believe that the archives cause in Yunnan will continue to develop and progress. In the future more and better for the cause of service.
