【摘要】：為準(zhǔn)確了解國內(nèi)有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織研究的現(xiàn)狀、熱點與發(fā)展趨勢,利用Note Express、Bicomb、SPSS和Ucinet分析軟件,采用關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)、作者同被引等分析方法,從現(xiàn)狀、核心作者群、熱點與主題研究等視角對中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)查找到的3 133篇文獻進行文獻計量和知識圖譜的可視化分析,以了解國內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織研究領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展動態(tài)。結(jié)果顯示:網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織研究主要圍繞網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織知識管理、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、競爭優(yōu)勢、協(xié)同和治理機制5大熱點領(lǐng)域展開,并得出研究主題與對應(yīng)作者、熱點趨勢,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織進一步研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately understand the current situation, hot spot and development trend of the research on network organization in China, using the software of Note express Bicomb and Ucinet, using the methods of cooccurrence of keywords, co-citation of authors, and so on, from the point of view of present situation, the core author group, and so on.From the point of view of hot spot and subject research, the paper makes a bibliometric analysis and visual analysis of the knowledge map of 3 133 articles found by CNKI in China, in order to understand the development trend in the field of network organization research in China.The results show that the research of network organization mainly focuses on five hot areas: knowledge management of network organization, organizational structure, competitive advantage, collaboration and governance mechanism.Lay the foundation for further research of network organization.
