【摘要】：【目的】分析新興資源引文索引(ESCI)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄我國(guó)期刊的學(xué)術(shù)影響力,為我國(guó)學(xué)者研究期刊國(guó)際影響力提升策略以及制定相關(guān)政策提供參考。【方法】檢索并分析ESCI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄19種我國(guó)期刊的一般情況,模擬計(jì)算各刊影響因子(IF)和即年指標(biāo),分析各刊論文在Wo S數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的被引頻次,研究各刊的國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)影響力偏向�！窘Y(jié)果】19種期刊語種主要為英語,出版地為北京的期刊15種,季刊15種。論文、綜述和述評(píng)為主要文獻(xiàn)類型。17種期刊2016年IF比2015年高。即年指標(biāo)上升的期刊共12種。13種期刊2015年IF排名超過該學(xué)科領(lǐng)域最后一名,已經(jīng)超過該學(xué)科領(lǐng)域部分期刊。2015年發(fā)表論文總被引頻次為30~100的期刊共6種,人文社科類期刊總被引頻次均低于10。學(xué)術(shù)期刊國(guó)際影響力偏向比較均衡的期刊共10種,國(guó)際偏向較強(qiáng)的期刊共4種�！窘Y(jié)論】初步揭示了ESCI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄我國(guó)期刊中大部分期刊學(xué)術(shù)影響力有提升趨勢(shì),部分期刊已經(jīng)達(dá)到國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平。希望有關(guān)部門加大對(duì)ESCI期刊的支持力度,而已被ESCI收錄的期刊應(yīng)制定適合提升自身學(xué)術(shù)影響力的措施,爭(zhēng)取早日進(jìn)入Wo S數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),進(jìn)一步提升國(guó)際影響力。
[Abstract]:[objective] to analyze the academic influence of Chinese journals in Esci database.This paper provides a reference for Chinese scholars to study the strategies of promoting the international influence of journals and to formulate relevant policies. [methods] the general situation of 19 kinds of journals collected in ESCI database is searched and analyzed, and the influence factors of each journal are simulated and calculated.The citation frequency of each journal paper in Wo S database is analyzed, and the bias of international academic influence of each journal is studied. [results] the main languages of 19 periodicals are English, 15 journals are published in Beijing, and 15 quarterly journals are published.Papers, reviews and reviews for the main literature types. 17 journals in 2016 are higher if than in 2015.That is, in 2015, 12, 13, if journals were ranked higher than the last one in the subject field, and more than some of the journals in the subject field. In 2015, there were 6 journals with a total citation frequency of 30 or 100 papers published in 2015.The total citation frequency of humanities and social sciences periodicals is less than 10.There are 10 kinds of journals with relatively balanced international influence bias and 4 kinds of journals with strong international bias. [conclusion] it is preliminarily revealed that the academic influence of most journals in China included in ESCI database is on the rise.Some journals have reached the international leading level.It is hoped that the relevant departments will increase their support for ESCI journals. The journals that have been included in ESCI should formulate appropriate measures to enhance their academic influence and strive to enter the ESCI database as soon as possible so as to further enhance their international influence.
