【摘要】：經(jīng)過多年的飛速發(fā)展,我國國內(nèi)專利數(shù)量已經(jīng)位居世界前列。然而我國的國際專利在世界范圍的發(fā)展與影響仍然缺乏基于實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)的系統(tǒng)研究。文章基于美國專利商標(biāo)局(USPTO)發(fā)布的專利數(shù)據(jù),從近400萬件專利及引用網(wǎng)絡(luò)中分析我國相關(guān)專利的發(fā)展態(tài)勢與國際交流情況,以期為我國深度參與國際技術(shù)活動提供政策啟示。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中國專利與特定地區(qū)的技術(shù)交流頻繁,在某些技術(shù)領(lǐng)域具有顯著特色,整體保持著良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。不過,在USPTO專利數(shù)量和影響方面仍然與其他發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)存在明顯差距。
[Abstract]:After years of rapid development, the number of domestic patents in China has ranked first in the world.However, the development and influence of international patents in China is still lack of systematic research based on empirical data.Based on the patent data released by US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), this paper analyzes the development situation and international exchange of related patents in China from nearly 4 million patents and citation networks, in order to provide policy inspiration for our country's deep participation in international technological activities.It is found that the technical exchange between Chinese patents and specific regions is frequent, with remarkable characteristics in some technical fields, and the overall development trend is good.However, there is still a clear gap in the number and impact of USPTO patents with other developed countries and regions.
