【摘要】：文章從需求類型和性別差異的雙重視角分析了用戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息檢索行為特點(diǎn)。通過設(shè)計(jì)情境實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)和調(diào)查問卷來收集研究數(shù)據(jù),在將用戶健康信息需求劃分為保健型、求醫(yī)型和問診型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合用戶的性別差異對(duì)用戶健康信息檢索的檢索式、檢索過程和檢索結(jié)果三個(gè)階段的行為特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析和歸納總結(jié)。研究結(jié)果顯示,不同類型健康信息任務(wù)情境下用戶檢索式構(gòu)造模式選擇與檢索行為過程均存在顯著差異,性別差異也對(duì)健康信息檢索全過程中的行為模式有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the behavior characteristics of user network health information retrieval from the perspective of demand type and gender difference.Through designing the situation experiment task and questionnaire to collect the research data, on the basis of dividing the user's health information demand into health care type, seeking medical treatment type and consulting type, combining with the gender difference of the user, the retrieval formula of the user's health information retrieval was put forward.The behavior characteristics of retrieval process and retrieval result are analyzed and summarized.The results showed that there were significant differences in the choice of retrieval mode and the retrieval behavior in different types of health information task situations, and gender differences also had a significant impact on the behavior patterns in the whole process of health information retrieval.
