【摘要】：隨著時代的發(fā)展,微博已經(jīng)成為了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以及手機用戶使用最為廣泛的信息傳播工具之一。微博具有傳播速度快、互動性強等特點,受到社會各界的青睞。同樣,微博在檔案領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用也越來越普遍。本論文以新浪微博為調(diào)研平臺,對微博在檔案信息傳播中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進行研究。全文共分五個部分:第一部分為緒論,對論文中涉及的相關(guān)概念進行闡述并對本文的研究范疇進行界定,分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對本文的研究意義和創(chuàng)新之處進行說明。第二部分為微博應(yīng)用于檔案信息傳播的概況。對檔案微博的基本情況進行分析,包括:檔案微博的類型、地區(qū)分布、檔案微博的開通情況、影響力、以及檔案微博的運行情況等。第三部分為微博應(yīng)用于檔案信息傳播的特點,從傳播模式、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播方式以及傳播主體四個方面進行分析。第四部分為微博應(yīng)用于檔案信息傳播出現(xiàn)的問題以及原因分析。包括信息傳播的內(nèi)容、傳播方式以及傳播效果等方面。第五部分為微博應(yīng)用檔案信息傳播的發(fā)展思路。針對微博應(yīng)用于檔案信息傳播出現(xiàn)的問題,提出相對應(yīng)的發(fā)展思路,主要包括如何提升檔案信息的傳播效果、完善檔案微博管理制度、增強檔案信息傳播意識等方面。檔案界利用微博進行檔案信息傳播具有良好的發(fā)展前景,檔案工作者應(yīng)充分了解和把握微博的特點和優(yōu)勢,發(fā)揮微博在檔案信息傳播中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, micro-blog has become the Internet and mobile phone users are one of the most widely used tool for the dissemination of information. Micro-blog has spread fast, interactive and other features, favored by the community. Also, the application of micro-blog in the field of archives are becoming more and more common. This paper takes Sina micro-blog as the research platform. Study on Application of micro-blog in archival information communication. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction of related concepts in this paper expounds and defines the research scope of this paper, analysis of domestic and international research status, the research significance and innovation are described. The second part is the overview micro-blog used in archival information communication. Analyze the basic situation of the archives, including: micro-blog area distribution, micro-blog opened archives, archives, the influence of micro-blog, to Micro-blog and file operation condition. The third part is the characteristics of micro-blog applied to the archives of information dissemination, the dissemination of the contents from the mode of transmission, transmission and dissemination of the main four aspects of analysis. The fourth part is the application of micro-blog in archival information communication problems and reason analysis. Including the content of information dissemination, the dissemination way and the communication effect. The fifth part development ideas for micro-blog application of archival information communication. According to the micro-blog application in archival information communication problems, puts forward corresponding, including how to improve the communication effects of archival information, improve the micro-blog archives management system, enhance the archival information communication consciousness and other aspects. The file using micro-blog file information dissemination has good prospects for development, archivists should fully understand and grasp the characteristics and advantages of micro-blog, micro-blog in the play The important role of archival information dissemination.
