【摘要】：自閉譜系障礙(ASD)的研究已經(jīng)有70余年的歷史,近年來國際社會對自閉譜系障礙的研究熱情空前高漲,呈現(xiàn)出多學(xué)科交叉融合的態(tài)勢。明晰自閉譜系障礙研究的歷史脈絡(luò),了解國際學(xué)界對自閉譜系障礙的研究現(xiàn)狀,深刻認(rèn)識和把握國際自閉譜系障礙研究的主流趨勢顯得尤為重要。知識圖譜是近年來新興的研究方法,在圖書情報學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、計量學(xué)等多個學(xué)科得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,在一定程度上彌補了傳統(tǒng)研究方法無法滿足迅速發(fā)展的科學(xué)研究的弊端。本研究利用詞頻分析、共詞分析、引文分析、共被引分析、聚類分析等理論和技術(shù),借助VOSviewer和CiteSpace等信息可視化軟件,繪制國際自閉譜系障礙研究領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)知識圖譜,直觀形象地展示了該領(lǐng)域研究的總體分布、知識基礎(chǔ)、研究前沿和熱點主題等內(nèi)容。首先,對國際自閉譜系障礙研究從總體上進(jìn)行描述分析。在美國Web of Science核心合集的兩個數(shù)據(jù)庫(SCI-E、SSCI)收集到與自閉譜系障礙相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)樣本27327條,其年度發(fā)文呈指數(shù)增長趨勢,已發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)的主要類型為期刊文章(Article)、文獻(xiàn)的語言種類以英語為主,Web of Science學(xué)科類別集中于發(fā)展心理學(xué)。其次,對國際自閉譜系障礙研究的地域分布和合作關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。地域分布呈現(xiàn)出明顯的馬太效應(yīng),自閉譜系障礙研究地域分布集中在歐美。美國是發(fā)文最多的國家,加利福尼亞大學(xué)洛杉磯分校是發(fā)文最多的機構(gòu);運用VOSviewer繪制國家、機構(gòu)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò),美國、英國、加拿大與諸多國家開展了廣泛的合作,地域相近性和學(xué)科相似性是機構(gòu)合作的重要影響因素。然后,使用CiteSpace軟件繪制國際自閉譜系障礙研究文獻(xiàn)共被引知識圖譜,從大量文獻(xiàn)中快速、準(zhǔn)確地發(fā)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)域的知識基礎(chǔ)和研究前沿,根據(jù)聚類結(jié)果對知識基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行深入的討論。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)國際自閉譜系障礙領(lǐng)域研究的知識基礎(chǔ)集中在ASD相關(guān)篩查和診斷量表,在不同時間段內(nèi),知識基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容有所差異。本研究也結(jié)合了中介中心性的指標(biāo)分析了轉(zhuǎn)折點文獻(xiàn)。運用CiteSpace軟件特有的Citation Burst功能對研究前沿進(jìn)行探測,發(fā)現(xiàn)該領(lǐng)域有大量能夠代表研究前沿的文獻(xiàn)。最后,運用VOSviewer軟件對國際自閉譜系障礙的研究主題分布及演變進(jìn)行了分析。通過詞頻分析了解領(lǐng)域的主題分布。通過主題疊加視圖展示主題的發(fā)展變化趨勢。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前ASD領(lǐng)域的熱點主題集中在心理、腦與神經(jīng)、社會性發(fā)展/干預(yù)、教育以及社會問題五個方面。通過以上分析,對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出本研究的不足,并對未來的研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The study of autistic pedigree disorder (ASD) has a history of more than 70 years. In recent years, the international community has an unprecedented enthusiasm for the study of autistic pedigree disorders, showing a trend of multidisciplinary cross-integration.It is very important to understand the historical context of autistic pedigree disorders, to understand the current research situation of autistic pedigree disorders in international academic circles, and to have a deep understanding and grasp of the mainstream trend of international autistic pedigree disorders research.Knowledge map is a new research method in recent years. It has been widely used in many subjects such as library and information science, medicine, metrology and so on. To a certain extent, it has made up for the shortcomings of traditional research methods which can not satisfy the rapid development of scientific research.Based on the theories and techniques of word frequency analysis, co-word analysis, citation analysis, cocitation analysis, cluster analysis and other information visualization software, such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace, this study draws a map of scientific knowledge in the research field of autistic spectrum disorders.The general distribution, knowledge base, research frontier and hot topic of this field are displayed intuitively and vividly.First of all, the study of international autistic pedigree disorders is described and analyzed as a whole.A total of 27327 data samples related to autistic spectrum disorders were collected in two databases of the core collection of Web of Science in the United States, and their annual publications showed an exponential growth trend.The main type of published literature is the journal article "Article", and the language category of the literature is mainly English web of Science discipline, which is mainly focused on developmental psychology.Secondly, the regional distribution and cooperative relationship of international autistic pedigree disorders are studied.The study of autistic pedigree disorders is concentrated in Europe and America.The United States is the country that issues the most papers, and the University of California, Los Angeles, is the organization that sends the most papers. The United States, the United Kingdom and Canada have extensively cooperated with many countries by using VOSviewer to draw countries, institutional cooperation networks, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and many other countries.Geographical proximity and discipline similarity are important factors influencing institutional cooperation.Then, we use CiteSpace software to map the citation knowledge of the international autocline spectrum disorders, quickly and accurately find the knowledge base and research frontier from a large number of documents, and discuss the knowledge base according to the clustering results.This study found that the knowledge base in the field of autistic disorders is focused on the ASD screening and diagnosis scale, and the content of the knowledge base is different in different time periods.This study also analyzes the turning point literature with the index of intermediary centrality.By using the special Citation Burst function of CiteSpace software to detect the research frontier, it is found that there are a lot of documents in this field which can represent the research frontier.Finally, the distribution and evolution of the international autistic spectrum disorders are analyzed by using VOSviewer software.Through word frequency analysis to understand the topic distribution of the field.The theme overlay view is used to show the trend of theme development.The results showed that the current hot topics in the field of ASD focused on five aspects: psychology, brain and nerve, social development / intervention, education and social problems.Through the above analysis, the research results are summarized, the shortcomings of this study are pointed out, and the future research is prospected.
