【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)和教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的高校博物館越來(lái)越多,并且也在我國(guó)眾多博物館中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。它不僅有收藏、研究和教育等基本功能,還承擔(dān)著各高校的教育教學(xué)以及人才培養(yǎng)的重要任務(wù)。而高校博物館的講解員是作為高校與外界聯(lián)系與溝通的重要橋梁,因此,高校博物館學(xué)生講解員的培訓(xùn)、培養(yǎng)和管理等工作對(duì)博物館的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文以西安航空職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院航空館為例,從學(xué)生講解員的培養(yǎng)和管理的角度出發(fā),提出問(wèn)題及對(duì)策,以更好地促進(jìn)該博物館的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and education, there are more and more museums in colleges and universities in our country, and they also play an important role in many museums in our country.It not only has the basic functions of collection, research and education, but also undertakes the important tasks of teaching and training of talents in colleges and universities.As an important bridge between the university and the outside world, it is very important to train, train and manage the university museum student interpreter for the development of the museum.Taking the Aviation Museum of Xi'an Institute of Aeronautics and Technology as an example, this paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures in order to promote the development of the museum from the point of view of the cultivation and management of the student interpreter.
