【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來(lái),政府已積累了大量與公眾息息相關(guān)的生產(chǎn)生活數(shù)據(jù)。政府向公眾開(kāi)放其所擁有的數(shù)據(jù),已成為政府在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。文章在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法著重對(duì)用戶政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)需求特征以及利用行為進(jìn)行了調(diào)查及分析,并從相關(guān)立法、特色數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)及管理制度三個(gè)方面為促進(jìn)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放提供了參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data, the government has accumulated a large number of production and life data closely related to the public.The government's opening up of its data to the public has become a new challenge for the government in big data's time.On the basis of analyzing the open research of the relevant government data at home and abroad, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the characteristics of user's government data demand and utilization behavior by means of questionnaire survey, and analyzes the relevant legislation from the point of view of the relevant legislation.The characteristic database construction and management system provide the reference for promoting the government data opening.
