高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣現(xiàn)狀及改善策略研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)時代是一個人閱讀的黃金時期,作為大學(xué)生群體閱讀資源的主要提供者——高校圖書館,深入開展閱讀推廣工作以使更多學(xué)生加入閱讀者隊伍是其重要使命。在信息化高速運轉(zhuǎn)的時代,微信作為大學(xué)生群體最為青睞的閱讀平臺之一,深刻改變了大學(xué)生的閱讀習(xí)慣和閱讀模式。面對大學(xué)生群體不斷變化的閱讀需求,高校圖書館在閱讀推廣服務(wù)中應(yīng)該有所創(chuàng)新,高校圖書館應(yīng)該根據(jù)讀者需求特征合理開發(fā)并利用微信公眾平臺的功能優(yōu)勢來改善閱讀推廣服務(wù)質(zhì)量。目前不少高校圖書館開通了微信公眾號,通過微信公眾平臺來推廣閱讀,微信閱讀推廣正在不斷興起,并成為高校圖書館閱讀推廣的一種新形式。本文試圖從全國排名前40位的高校的圖書館微信閱讀推廣現(xiàn)狀入手,分析目前高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣服務(wù)取得的進(jìn)展以及存在的問題,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),并提出相關(guān)的改進(jìn)建議,為創(chuàng)新高校圖書館閱讀推廣形式,提高高校圖書館閱讀推廣水平,從而推動全民閱讀做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。首先,在對圖書館微信閱讀推廣相關(guān)概念內(nèi)涵闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,具體分析了高校圖書館利用微信公眾平臺開展閱讀推廣服務(wù)的可行性,明確了高校圖書館利用微信公眾平臺開展閱讀推廣服務(wù)的重要意義。其次,以武書連高校排名為依據(jù),以排名前40位的高校的圖書館為調(diào)查樣本,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研和電話咨詢的方式,從閱讀推廣的總體開展情況、閱讀推廣信息推送時間分布、閱讀推廣信息推送形式、閱讀推廣的模式、閱讀推廣后臺管理、閱讀推廣具體內(nèi)容、暑期閱讀推廣情況等方面分析了高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣的平臺運營現(xiàn)狀。再次,通過問卷調(diào)查的方法,以前40強高校的學(xué)生為樣本,從用戶了解情況、用戶使用情況、用戶關(guān)注目的、用戶使用傾向與需求、用戶評價等幾個方面提煉出用戶對高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣的使用體驗和意見建議。通過分析高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣的平臺運營現(xiàn)狀和用戶服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣存在服務(wù)意識淡薄、宣傳力度不足、服務(wù)定位不明確、微信平臺建設(shè)不規(guī)范等方面的問題。最后,針對目前高校圖書館微信閱讀推廣服務(wù)存在的問題,從宣傳推廣、服務(wù)定位、平臺建設(shè)等方面提出了相關(guān)的改善策略。
[Abstract]:The university age is the golden period of a person's reading. As the main provider of the college students' reading resources, it is the important mission of the university library to carry out the reading popularization work in order to make more students join the readership.In the era of high speed operation of information, WeChat, as one of the most popular reading platforms for college students, has profoundly changed the reading habits and reading patterns of college students.In the face of the changing reading demand of college students, the university library should innovate in the reading extension service.The university library should reasonably develop and utilize the function advantage of WeChat public platform to improve the quality of reading extension service according to the characteristics of readers' needs.At present, many university libraries have opened the WeChat Official account, through the WeChat public platform to promote reading, WeChat reading promotion is constantly rising, and has become a new form of university library reading promotion.This paper attempts to analyze the progress and existing problems of WeChat reading extension service in university libraries, starting with the current situation of WeChat reading extension in the top 40 universities in China, and sum up the experience and lessons learned.The author also puts forward some suggestions for improvement, which will contribute to the innovation of the forms of reading and extension of university libraries and the improvement of the level of reading and extension of university libraries so as to promote the reading of the whole people.First of all, on the basis of expounding the connotation of the related concepts of the library WeChat reading promotion, this paper concretely analyzes the feasibility of the university library using the WeChat public platform to carry out the reading extension service.This paper clarifies the significance of university library using WeChat public platform to carry out reading extension service.Secondly, based on the ranking of Wu Shulian colleges and universities, and taking the libraries of the top 40 colleges and universities as the survey samples, through the way of network investigation and telephone consultation, from the overall development situation of the reading promotion, the time distribution of pushing the information of the reading promotion,This paper analyzes the current situation of the platform operation of the WeChat reading extension in the university library from the aspects of the push form of reading and extension, the mode of reading promotion, the background management of reading and extension, the concrete content of reading and promotion, the situation of summer reading promotion and so on.Thirdly, through the method of questionnaire, the students of the former top 40 colleges and universities as a sample, from the user to understand the situation, users use the situation, users pay attention to the purpose, user use tendency and needs,User evaluation and other aspects of users to improve the use of the university library WeChat reading experience and suggestions.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the platform operation and user service of the WeChat reading extension in university libraries, it is found that the service consciousness is weak, the propaganda is insufficient, and the service orientation is not clear.WeChat platform construction is not standardized and other aspects of the problem.Finally, in view of the problems existing in the current WeChat reading extension service of university library, this paper puts forward some relevant improvement strategies from the aspects of propaganda and extension, service orientation, platform construction, and so on.
