【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)深圳CNKI數(shù)字資源聯(lián)合采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目案例的研究,探討了CNKI數(shù)字資源聯(lián)合采購(gòu)的實(shí)施過(guò)程,分析需要注意的問(wèn)題,并提出加強(qiáng)聯(lián)合采購(gòu)的組織管理與合作,深入開展現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研及資源評(píng)估工作,優(yōu)化談判策略,構(gòu)建利益平衡機(jī)制等策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the case study of Shenzhen CNKI digital resource joint procurement project, this paper discusses the implementation process of CNKI digital resource joint procurement, analyzes the problems needing attention, and proposes to strengthen the organization, management and cooperation of joint procurement. Carry out research and resource evaluation, optimize negotiation strategy, construct benefit balance mechanism and so on.
