【摘要】：打開(kāi)微信,“養(yǎng)生文章”、“致癌提醒”、“民間偏方”等各類(lèi)信息撲面而來(lái),大量被朋友圈轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。不僅僅是社交平臺(tái),整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境都凸顯著一種氛圍—大家異常重視網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息。由此,人們不得不重視這個(gè)問(wèn)題:如何更好地利用這些信息來(lái)提升自身的健康水平?互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展催生了一大批養(yǎng)生知識(shí)的興起,成為人們獲取健康信息的一個(gè)重要渠道,這也使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為成為健康傳播領(lǐng)域的重要研究?jī)?nèi)容。隨著中國(guó)老齡化速度的加快和二胎政策的開(kāi)放,孩子在家庭中的地位變得越來(lái)越重要,孩子的身心健康成為了每個(gè)母親時(shí)刻關(guān)注的話(huà)題。0-7歲的孩子因年紀(jì)較小,思想不夠成熟,社會(huì)閱歷較淺,不能很好地照顧自己,他們的母親相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),生活閱歷也不夠豐富,有關(guān)健康方面的知識(shí)欠缺。為了孩子能夠茁壯地成長(zhǎng),年輕母親很容易借助于新興的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)工具,努力搜尋與健康信息有關(guān)的知識(shí),糾正他們的不良生活習(xí)慣,為他們的健康保健護(hù)航。借助于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這個(gè)媒介,年輕母親不僅僅搜尋與孩子有關(guān)的健康信息,也會(huì)搜尋與自身、家人相關(guān)的健康信息,改變他們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪械牟涣忌罘绞?維護(hù)身體的健康狀況。因此,相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),年輕母親在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中搜尋健康信息的頻率較高,研究其網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為,能夠更好地探究我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶(hù)的健康信息搜尋特征。本文在初步了解年輕母親網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合已經(jīng)相對(duì)成熟的信息搜尋行為相關(guān)理論,對(duì)年輕母親網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為特點(diǎn),以及信息搜尋行為的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了探索式研究。首先,本文對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為的研究背景、研究目的以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的梳理,以期讓讀者對(duì)本文研究的內(nèi)容有個(gè)初步的了解。其次,本文利用深度訪談的方法,了解了年輕母親網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為的基本特征。借鑒國(guó)外相對(duì)成熟的信息搜尋行為理論,劃分了年輕母親網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為的階段,擬從開(kāi)始、鏈接、瀏覽、區(qū)分、跟蹤、提取六個(gè)階段著重分析年輕母親在網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為中的特點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)和完善了調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)搜集的收據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析和整理。最后,本文利用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷得到的數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)年輕母親網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康信息搜尋行為中的人口學(xué)特征與搜尋行為特征進(jìn)行了相關(guān)分析,并總結(jié)了本篇論文的成果和研究的不足之處。

Thus, people have to pay attention to the question: how to make better use of this information to improve their health level? The development of the Internet has given birth to a large number of health knowledge, and has become an important channel for people to obtain health information. This has also made online health information search an important research area in the field of health communication. With the acceleration of aging in China and the opening up of the two-child policy, the status of children in the family has become more and more important. Children's physical and mental health has become a topic of constant concern for every mother. Because of their young age, immature thinking, shallow social experience, unable to take good care of themselves, their mothers are relatively inexperienced in life. Lack of knowledge about health. In order for their children to thrive, it is easy for young mothers to use the emerging Internet tools to search for knowledge about health information and correct their bad habits. Protect their health care. With the help of the Internet, young mothers search not only for health information about their children, but also for health information about themselves and their families, and to change the bad way of life in their daily lives. Therefore, young mothers search for health information on the Internet more frequently, and study their online health information search behavior. This paper, based on the preliminary understanding of the behavior of young mothers, combined with the relatively mature theory of information search behavior, can better explore the characteristics of health information search for Internet users in China. In this paper, the characteristics of health information search behavior of young mothers and the correlation of information search behavior were studied. Firstly, the background of the research on health information search behavior on network was studied in this paper. The purpose of the study and the current research situation at home and abroad are briefly combed in order to give readers a preliminary understanding of the contents of this study. Secondly, this paper uses the method of in-depth interviews. The basic characteristics of young mothers' online health information search behavior were understood. Based on the relatively mature information search behavior theory abroad, the stage of young mothers' network health information search behavior was divided into three parts: beginning, linking, browsing and distinguishing. Six stages of tracking and extracting are focused on analyzing the characteristics of young mothers' behavior in searching for health information on the Internet. On this basis, the questionnaire is designed and perfected, and the collected receipts are analyzed and sorted out. Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the demographic characteristics and search behavior characteristics of young mothers' online health information search behavior, and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of this paper.
