【摘要】：高校檔案館在師生眼里一直以來看成保密之地。其實(shí),高校檔案館館藏的檔案資料從某種角度上說與圖書館的圖書(書籍)的閱讀、查閱、利用,其價(jià)值是一樣的,是互補(bǔ)有無的資料庫,不同的是不同的參考利用價(jià)值資料。高校的檔案應(yīng)該首先開發(fā)反映學(xué)校成長(zhǎng)歷史的聲像檔案部分,以電子版方式提供給師生學(xué)習(xí)、工作參考利用,也可為學(xué)校開展傳統(tǒng)教育、愛校教育服務(wù)。本文以廣西科技大學(xué)為背景,從理論上闡述高校聲像檔案的利用價(jià)值意義,對(duì)高校校史聲像檔案開發(fā)利用進(jìn)行探討,使之能在實(shí)際中成為學(xué)校師生學(xué)習(xí)、工作中參考和利用。
[Abstract]:In the eyes of teachers and students, the archives of colleges and universities have always been regarded as a place of secrecy. In fact, the archival materials collected by the archives of colleges and universities are, in a way, the same value as the reading, consulting, and utilizing of books (books) in the library. It is a complementary database, but the difference is that there are different reference and utilization value materials. The archives of colleges and universities should first develop the audio-visual archives that reflect the history of the school's growth, and provide them with electronic versions for teachers and students to study and work for reference. This paper, taking Guangxi University of Science and Technology as the background, expounds theoretically the value significance of the use of audio-visual archives in colleges and universities, and probes into the development and utilization of audio-visual archives in the history of colleges and universities. So that it can be in practice as a school teachers and students to learn, work reference and use.
