【摘要】：正南京市瑯琊路小學(xué)作為南京市第四批數(shù)字檔案室建設(shè)試點單位,積極開展數(shù)字檔案室建設(shè)工作,為實現(xiàn)校園"信息化",提升教育"現(xiàn)代化"水平進(jìn)行了深入探索,在各級檔案部門指導(dǎo)下,經(jīng)過一年多努力,于2016年12月通過省檔案局組織的評估,成為全市教育系統(tǒng)首家省5A級數(shù)字檔案室。檔案信息化管理水平的提升推進(jìn)了學(xué)校各項工作的開展。一、統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識,明確目標(biāo)隨著辦公自動化和檔案信息化建設(shè)日趨成熟,檔案數(shù)字化管理已成為規(guī)范檔案管理的新模
[Abstract]:As a pilot unit of 4th batches of digital archives building in Nanjing, Langyaru Primary School in Nanjing has actively carried out the construction of digital archives, which has been deeply explored to realize the "informationization" of the campus and to raise the level of "modernization" of education.
