【摘要】：國際檔案大會是全球規(guī)模最大、影響最廣的檔案專業(yè)會議,大會關于檔案專業(yè)問題所進行的研討,不僅取得了豐碩的成果,也產(chǎn)生了廣泛的影響。然而,目前各國檔案學界對國際檔案大會的關注程度還不夠高、研究還不夠深入,多止步于對國際檔案大會基本情況的介紹。因此,本文對前17屆國際檔案大會的主題研討及其產(chǎn)生的成果和影響展開深入研究,以期拋磚引玉,引起學界的重視。全文共分為五個部分：第一部分“緒論”,交代了本文的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目的、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究思路、研究方法、文章的創(chuàng)新點與特色等,為本研究的深入開展做好了充足的準備。第二部分“國際檔案大會概述”,先簡要介紹了國際檔案理事會及其與國際檔案大會的相互關系,而后從總體上概述了國際檔案大會的基本狀況,進而分別介紹了前17屆國際檔案大會召開的時間、地點、參會國數(shù)量和參會代表數(shù)量、大會研討的主題、取得的成就等,并列出兩個表格,以直觀表述歷屆國際檔案大會的基本情況。最后,交代丁國際檔案大會研討次數(shù)最多的10個主題,并將這10個主題分為“檔案學基礎理論”、“檔案學應用理論”、“檔案應用技術”、“檔案史學”、“檔案教育”、“國際檔案合作”六大類,為后文的研究作了鋪墊。第三部分是本文的主體內(nèi)容,共分為6章(第2至8章),即“國際檔案大會關于檔案學基礎理論的研討及其成果和影響”、“國際檔案大會關于檔案學應用理論的研討及其成果和影響”、“國際檔案大會關于檔案應用技術的主研討及其成果和影響”、“國際檔案大會關于檔案史學的研討及其成果和影響”、“國際檔案大會關于檔案教育的研討及其成果和影響”、“國際檔案大會關于國際檔案合作的研討及其成果和影響”。其中,檔案學基礎理論包括“檔案術語”、“來源原則”和“文件生命周期理論”三個主題；檔案學應用理論包括“檔案鑒定理論”、“檔案開放理論理論”和“檔案館理論”三個主題。在這部分中,文章先回顧了國際檔案大會關于這六大類主題所作的歷次研討,而后總結了歷次研討產(chǎn)生的成果,最后分析了這些研討和成果產(chǎn)生的影響。第四部分“國際檔案大會影響下檔案學發(fā)展的特點和趨勢”,探討了在國際檔案大會的影響下,國際檔案學在發(fā)展過程中體現(xiàn)出來的五大特點——檔案學發(fā)展的受關注度日益提高、檔案學發(fā)展的不平衡性逐漸減弱、檔案學與相關學科的交叉滲透日益增強、檔案學與科學技術的聯(lián)系日趨緊密、檔案學國際交流與合作口益密切,并進一步探討了國際檔案大會影響下檔案學發(fā)展的趨勢——分化與整合并進、從“小檔案學”發(fā)展為“大檔案學”。第五部分“結語”,先分析了筆者撰寫論文時遇到的困難,指出了論文中存在的不足之處；而后對文章作了全面總結,呼吁我國檔案人員關注國際檔案大會,并注重對國際檔案大會及其研討主題的介紹和研究。文章采用文獻研究法、邏輯分析法和數(shù)據(jù)分析法等研究方法,遵循“由面到點——由點及面——點面結合”的研究思路,按照“回顧與介紹”——“統(tǒng)計與分析”——“總結與拓展”——“挖掘與探索”的邏輯順序,由淺入深、由表及里、層層遞進、循序漸進。
[Abstract]:International Archives conference is the world's largest and most influential professional conference conference on archives, archives of professional, not only achieved fruitful results, but also has extensive influence. However, the current national archives academic degree of concern on international archival Congress is still not high enough, the research is still not deep enough, and more stop at the International Congress on archives of basic situation introduction. Therefore, an in-depth study on the achievements and influence of the theme of the 17 International Congress on archives and its cause, in order to attract the attention of the academia. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is "Introduction", introduces the research background of this paper and the domestic and foreign research status, research purpose, research significance, research content, research ideas, research methods, the innovation and features, prepared for the further study. Second Part of the "International Archives Overview", briefly introduces the relationship between the International Council on archives and archives International Conference, and then from the general overview of the basic situation of the International Congress on archives, then introduces the time, International Archives conference held 17 previous point, the number of participating countries and the number of participants, conference seminars the theme, achievements, and lists two forms, the basic condition of intuitive expression of successive international archival Congress. Finally, explain the Ding International Congress on archives research number 10 theme most, and these 10 themes are divided into "theory" basis "Application of archives, archives, archives" theory "the application of technology", "archives" archives, history "education", "international cooperation archives" six categories, it paves the way for the following research. The third part is the main content of this paper, is divided into 6 chapters (chapter second to 8), i.e. "International Conference on archives archival basic theory research and its achievements and influence", "International Conference on Application of archives archival theory research and its achievements and influence", "International Conference on archives archives application technology research and its main achievements and influence", "International Conference on archives archives history research and its achievements and influence", "International Conference on archives archives education research and its achievements and influence", "the study of the International Conference on international cooperation in the archives archives and its achievements and influence." among them, including "theory based archives archives terminology", "principle" and "the theory of life cycle of records" three themes; archives application the theory includes the "theory" of archival appraisal, "open archives theory" and "archives theory" three theme. In this part, the article first reviewed the international The General Assembly on the six categories of files made by the previous research topic, and then summarizes the previous research results of the final analysis, the effect of these studies and achievements.
