【摘要】：當(dāng)前,信息數(shù)量驟增,要在龐雜的信息中建設(shè)滿足用戶需求的信息資源體系,圖書館就需要及時(shí)掌握用戶需求的變化。在實(shí)踐中,圖書館運(yùn)用了 Web2.0交互平臺(tái),通過社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、即時(shí)通信軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了與用戶的交流互動(dòng),使得信息資源建設(shè)更能滿足用戶需求。圖書館滿意度的研究逐漸走向"以用戶為中心",本文旨在研究圖書館信息資源建設(shè)的用戶滿意度。在圖書館信息資源建設(shè)實(shí)踐中,用戶已經(jīng)開始通過圖書館提供的開放平臺(tái)表達(dá)自己的資源需求,圖書館也會(huì)邀請(qǐng)用戶參加書展,讓用戶挑選喜歡的圖書。資源建設(shè)早已不是僅僅依靠館員來進(jìn)行,用戶也已參與其中。所以,研究信息資源建設(shè)的滿意度,就值得關(guān)注用戶的個(gè)人素質(zhì)是否對(duì)滿意度產(chǎn)生影響。本文從價(jià)值共創(chuàng)視角出發(fā),分析影響圖書館信息資源建設(shè)用戶滿意度的因素,并加以實(shí)證分析。文章首先對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了概述,介紹了價(jià)值共創(chuàng)理論和顧客滿意度理論,梳理了圖書館信息資源滿意度的研究現(xiàn)狀。然后,結(jié)合研究現(xiàn)狀和信息資源建設(shè)價(jià)值共創(chuàng)模型,設(shè)計(jì)滿意度的影響因素,包括圖書館設(shè)備、信息資源、館員素質(zhì)、館員服務(wù)、用戶素養(yǎng),并設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷。本文對(duì)公共圖書館和高校圖書館進(jìn)行了信息資源建設(shè)的滿意度調(diào)查,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查、紙質(zhì)問卷兩種方式讓用戶打分。本文利用SPSS16.0對(duì)問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,得出結(jié)論:圖書館設(shè)備、信息資源、館員素質(zhì)、用戶素養(yǎng)進(jìn)入用戶滿意度的回歸模型,館員服務(wù)變量未進(jìn)入逐步回歸模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出建議:開展多種形式的價(jià)值共創(chuàng)活動(dòng),解決資源薦購處理效率低、通告服務(wù)不到位、亂架錯(cuò)架等問題;加強(qiáng)圖書館設(shè)備的建設(shè)與維護(hù),解決圖書館硬件設(shè)備檢修不到位、軟件設(shè)施維護(hù)不及時(shí)的問題;完善信息資源體系,解決信息資源類別少、分配不合理的問題;加強(qiáng)館員培訓(xùn)和用戶培訓(xùn),增強(qiáng)館員服務(wù)能力和用戶信息素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:At present, the quantity of information is increasing rapidly. In order to build the information resource system to meet the needs of users, libraries need to grasp the changes of users' needs in time. In practice, libraries use Web2.0 interactive platform and social network. Instant messaging software enables communication and interaction with users. This paper aims to study the user satisfaction of library information resource construction. In the practice of library information resource construction, the research of library satisfaction is gradually moving towards "user-centered", the purpose of this paper is to study the user satisfaction of library information resource construction. Users have begun to express their resource needs through the open platform provided by the library, and the library will invite users to the book fair to allow them to select the books they like. The construction of resources is no longer a matter of relying on librarians alone. Therefore, to study the satisfaction degree of information resource construction, it is worth paying attention to whether the personal quality of the user has an impact on the satisfaction degree. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the customer satisfaction of library information resources construction, and makes an empirical analysis. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories, introduces the theory of value creation and customer satisfaction. This paper combs the research status of the satisfaction degree of library information resources, and then combines the research status quo and the value of information resources construction to create a model, and designs the influencing factors of satisfaction, including library equipment, information resources, librarian quality, librarian service, etc. This paper makes a survey on the satisfaction of information resources construction in public libraries and university libraries. The paper uses SPSS16.0 to analyze the questionnaire data, and draws the conclusion: library equipment, information resources, librarian quality, user literacy enter the regression model of user satisfaction. The variable of librarian service has not entered the stepwise regression model. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions: to carry out various forms of value creation activities, to solve the problems of low efficiency of resource recommendation and purchase, lack of notice service, and misarrangement of shelves and so on; To strengthen the construction and maintenance of library equipment, to solve the problems that the maintenance of library hardware equipment is not in place and the maintenance of software facilities is not in time, to perfect the information resource system, to solve the problems of fewer categories and unreasonable distribution of information resources; Strengthen librarian training and user training, enhance librarian service ability and user information literacy.
