【摘要】：[目的/意義]情報在公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件管控中發(fā)揮著重要作用,建立面向疫情管控的公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件情報體系,是消減公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件影響的有效措施。[方法/過程]從情報視角出發(fā),首先分析疫情潛伏期、疫情爆發(fā)期、疫情恢復(fù)期的情報需求,然后闡述了公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件情報體系要素,在此基礎(chǔ)上,以公共衛(wèi)生數(shù)據(jù)情報為核心,構(gòu)建公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件情報體系架構(gòu),進(jìn)而厘清情報體系的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,最后,探討了情報體系的保障機(jī)制。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過對公共衛(wèi)生數(shù)據(jù)情報的采集、處理、挖掘和服務(wù),實現(xiàn)公共衛(wèi)生突發(fā)事件的智能管控。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] Information plays an important role in the management of public health emergencies. It is an effective measure to reduce the impact of public health emergencies. [methods / processes] from the perspective of intelligence, the information needs of the incubation period, the outbreak period, and the recovery period of the epidemic are first analyzed. Then, it expounds the elements of the information system of public health emergencies, on the basis of which, taking public health data information as the core, constructs the framework of the information system of public health emergencies, and then clarifies the operational mechanism of the information system. Finally, This paper discusses the guarantee mechanism of the information system. [results / conclusion] the intelligent control of public health emergencies is realized through the collection, processing, mining and service of public health data and information.
