【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,以web2.0為代表的社會(huì)化媒體得到了普遍應(yīng)用,社會(huì)化媒體深刻的改變了信息的生產(chǎn)與傳播方式,也為社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展提供了機(jī)遇。在科學(xué)文化事業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi),我國(guó)國(guó)家綜合檔案館是統(tǒng)一保管黨和政府機(jī)關(guān)檔案的管理部門,占有重要地位,綜合檔案館數(shù)量眾多,構(gòu)成了我國(guó)檔案館和檔案事業(yè)的主體。文章以綜合檔案館為研究對(duì)象,利用文獻(xiàn)分析、調(diào)查研究和內(nèi)容分析的方法,對(duì)綜合檔案館在社會(huì)化媒體下的服務(wù)進(jìn)行分析研究,從而更好的為社會(huì)公眾提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的檔案服務(wù)。文章共分為六部分,第一部分為引言,著重介紹了選題的原因、研究的目的和意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和研究重難點(diǎn)五個(gè)方面。第二部分為綜合檔案館社會(huì)化媒體服務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ)。包括對(duì)社會(huì)化媒體的定義、特征和用戶的分析;傳統(tǒng)的和網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的綜合檔案館的服務(wù)內(nèi)容與方式以及利用社會(huì)化媒體提供檔案服務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。第三部分是對(duì)綜合檔案館利用社會(huì)化媒體的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,重點(diǎn)分析了微博微信兩個(gè)平臺(tái)的服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀。第四部分為用戶的需求分析。采用了調(diào)查研究的方法對(duì)用戶檔案信息需求進(jìn)行采集分析和論述。第五部分是在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出綜合檔案館社會(huì)化媒體服務(wù)的優(yōu)化策略。第六部分是對(duì)文章的觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)并對(duì)課題的發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。文章的研究成果是明晰了綜合檔案館社會(huì)化媒體服務(wù)的用戶需求、服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀和服務(wù)優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, social media, represented by web2.0, has been widely used. Social media has profoundly changed the way of information production and dissemination. It also provides an opportunity for the development of various fields of society. In the field of scientific and cultural undertakings, the National Comprehensive Archives of our country is the management department of unified custody of the archives of the Party and government organs, which occupies an important position and has a large number of comprehensive archives. This paper takes the comprehensive archives as the research object, and makes use of the methods of literature analysis, investigation and content analysis to analyze the service of the comprehensive archives under the social media. The article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, focusing on the reasons of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, and the current research situation at home and abroad. The second part is the theoretical basis of the social media service in the comprehensive archives, including the definition, characteristics and user analysis of the social media; In the traditional and network environment, the service contents and methods of integrated archives and the advantages of using social media to provide archival services are also discussed. The third part is a statistical analysis of the current situation of the use of social media in comprehensive archives. This paper mainly analyzes the service status of Weibo WeChat two platforms. Part 4th is the demand analysis of users. The method of investigation and research is adopted to collect, analyze and discuss the requirements of users' file information. Part 5th is the previous research. On the basis of the research, the optimization strategy of the social media service in the integrated archives is put forward. Part 6th summarizes the viewpoints of the article and looks forward to the development of the subject. The research result of this paper is to clarify the society of the comprehensive archives. The user needs of media services, Service status and service optimization strategy.
