絲素膠用于絲綢紋樣加固保護的試驗

【摘要】:絲綢紋樣受保藏條件影響,質地極易損壞,需進行加固保護。文章采用絲素膠及絲綢支架對紋樣進行加固處理,并對處理后紋樣的機械性能、外觀特性及去支架揭展性展開研究。發(fā)現絲素膠黏合力和水溶性較好,不僅能加固,而且水浸后易分離,保證了紋樣的再處理性。同時,先在支架表面形成膠膜,既保證了膠膜的均勻性,又能避免膠液大量滲透織物組織結構。研究表明:采用絲素膠對紋樣加固后,其斷裂強力、撕破強力和頂破強力都有較為明顯的提高,常溫水浸后絲素膠主要附著在支架材料上,紋樣與支架間的揭展強力大幅下降。
[Abstract]:Silk patterns are easily damaged by storage conditions and need to be strengthened and protected. This paper uses silk glue and silk scaffolds to reinforce the patterns and the mechanical properties of the treated patterns. It is found that silk fibroin adhesive force and water solubility are good, not only can be strengthened, but also easy to separate after water immersion, which ensures the reprocessing of the pattern. At the same time, the rubber film is formed on the surface of the scaffold. It can not only ensure the uniformity of the film, but also avoid a large amount of penetration of fabric structure. The results show that the breaking strength, tearing strength and breaking strength of the fabric strengthened with silk fibroin glue are obviously improved. After water immersion at room temperature, silk fibroin adhesive mainly adhered to the scaffold material, and the unrolling strength between the pattern and the scaffold decreased significantly.
