【摘要】：為摸清新媒體背景下返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工利用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館資源與服務(wù)面臨的問(wèn)題,了解基于移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展的可行性,文章借助移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的FRAME分析框架,從6個(gè)維度進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)研,獲取農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)后職業(yè)與技能發(fā)展過(guò)程中信息獲取的行為特征、工具屬性與支持現(xiàn)狀;從資源設(shè)計(jì)、平臺(tái)建構(gòu)、交互支持、宣傳推廣、數(shù)據(jù)資費(fèi)方面提出促進(jìn)返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展的移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館服務(wù)與創(chuàng)新策略。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the possibility of returning rural migrant workers to use mobile library resources and services under the background of new media , the paper tries to find out the feasibility of the professional development of returning migrant workers based on mobile library . Through the frame analysis framework of mobile learning , this paper studies the behavior characteristics , tool attributes and support status of information acquisition in the process of post - return occupation and skill development of migrant workers , and puts forward the service and innovation strategies of mobile library for the promotion of the professional development of migrant workers from the aspects of resource design , platform construction , interaction support , publicity and promotion and data tariff .
