【摘要】：目的:采用文獻計量學方法對近五年國內中醫(yī)藥治療原發(fā)性痛經文獻特征分析,了解該領域文獻發(fā)研究現狀以及發(fā)展水平,為臨床和科研提供參考。方法:選用CNKI 2011年至2015年所收錄的中醫(yī)藥治療原發(fā)性痛經相關文章,從文獻發(fā)表地域和期刊分布等5個維度進行分析。結果:上海針灸雜志、內蒙古中醫(yī)藥等雜志上發(fā)表文獻較多;華東地區(qū)在發(fā)表文獻總量和核心期刊上發(fā)表數量較多;發(fā)表文獻的性質主要是臨床實驗和綜述;第一作者單位主要為醫(yī)院和高校。醫(yī)院作者發(fā)表論文多以臨床實驗類型為主,高校作者發(fā)表論文多以綜述類為主;從論文質量分析,研究院所和高校質量較好。結論:不同地區(qū)、單位論文數量及質量存在一定差距;且發(fā)表論文類型各有側重;總體上看論文質量有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the literature characteristics of Chinese medicine in treating primary dysmenorrhea in recent five years by bibliometrics, and to understand the present situation and development level of literature development in this field. Methods: from 2011 to 2015, the articles related to the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea by traditional Chinese medicine (CNKI) were selected and analyzed from five dimensions, such as the region of published literature and the distribution of periodicals. Results: Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and moxibustion, Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and moxibustion, There are many literatures published in Inner Mongolia traditional Chinese Medicine and other journals, the quantity of published literature in East China is more than that in core journals, the nature of published literature is mainly clinical experiment and summary. The first author is mainly a hospital and a university. The author of the hospital mainly publishes the clinical experiment type, and the author of the university mainly publishes the summary type; the quality of the paper is analyzed from the point of view of the quality of the paper. Conclusion: there are some differences in the quantity and quality of papers in different regions, and the types of published papers have their own emphases; in general, the quality of papers needs to be improved.
