【摘要】：在社會(huì)快速發(fā)展的大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,圖書(shū)館的發(fā)展也必須緊跟著社會(huì)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,以前的發(fā)展模式,已經(jīng)逐漸的不再適應(yīng)現(xiàn)在社會(huì)的發(fā)展,圖書(shū)館需要改革創(chuàng)新,引入新的工作模式,以應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)的變革,才不會(huì)淹沒(méi)在快速發(fā)展的網(wǎng)絡(luò)大環(huán)境浪潮下。而就在二十一世紀(jì)初,圖書(shū)館采編外包模式逐漸被許多圖書(shū)館給引用,這種發(fā)展模式,不僅脫離了以前固定的買書(shū)進(jìn)來(lái),整理擺書(shū)的老舊套路,還給社會(huì)創(chuàng)收,給一些個(gè)體經(jīng)營(yíng)者增加了創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),帶給他們創(chuàng)收的路線,還減輕了圖書(shū)館的工作成本,經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),原本需要大量的經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)支,現(xiàn)在不但縮減了工作的環(huán)節(jié),而且把工作的任務(wù)給轉(zhuǎn)嫁給了書(shū)商門,大大的提高了圖書(shū)館的工作效率,提高了圖書(shū)館工作人員的對(duì)專業(yè)工作的專注與熱愛(ài),也給讀者們帶來(lái)了很多的便利,讓讀者喜愛(ài)的的圖書(shū)能夠快速的來(lái)到讀者的面前,增加了讀者對(duì)閱讀書(shū)籍的興趣。使很多本不會(huì)進(jìn)行閱讀的,或者閱讀量很少的讀者更加的喜愛(ài)圖書(shū)館,使圖書(shū)館在社會(huì)上更加具有價(jià)值意義,更加的能為百姓讀者帶來(lái)切身的實(shí)惠與利益。而本文主要就是選取了 29所安徽省本科院校圖書(shū)館作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、電話訪談法、實(shí)地考察法對(duì)安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,形成統(tǒng)計(jì)表,結(jié)合三所高校圖書(shū)館進(jìn)行典型案例分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上討論安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)提出的問(wèn)題為安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包提供合理的建議,希望高校圖書(shū)館在外包的過(guò)程之中能夠少走彎路,正確的更好更快發(fā)展下去。首先在文中的第一部分筆者會(huì)主要介紹一下選題的背景、目的和意義、研究思路、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足。然后筆者會(huì)主要調(diào)查分析安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包的整體情況,其中包括安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包的調(diào)查樣本、調(diào)查內(nèi)容以及數(shù)據(jù)的整理統(tǒng)計(jì)。其次筆者會(huì)選取調(diào)查樣本中的三所典型案例進(jìn)行分析比較,主要從三所典型案例的采編外包的原因分析和采編外包的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行比較,并且探索三所高校圖書(shū)館采編外包的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),為安徽省高校圖書(shū)館的采編業(yè)務(wù)外包未來(lái)的發(fā)展提供參考。接著通過(guò)對(duì)典型案例的調(diào)查研究,從實(shí)際調(diào)研的案例中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,加以延伸和思考,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校圖書(shū)館采編外包的引發(fā)的各種可能的問(wèn)題,并且對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包的優(yōu)勢(shì)與弊端進(jìn)行詳細(xì)表述。最后筆者將根據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,提出關(guān)于安徽省高校書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包的建議與對(duì)策,希望圖書(shū)館在外包的過(guò)程之中能夠少走彎路。最后筆者將對(duì)安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編外包的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館采編外包的未來(lái)進(jìn)行展望。希望本文在調(diào)查研究總得出了問(wèn)題與建議能夠?qū)Π不帐「咝D書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包的發(fā)展起到幫助,推動(dòng)安徽省高校圖書(shū)館采編業(yè)務(wù)外包事業(yè)整體的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data and the rapid development of the society, the development of the library must also follow the development of society, the previous development model, has been gradually no longer adapt to the development of modern society, the library needs to reform and innovation, the introduction of a new mode of operation, in response to social change, will not drown in the big wave of rapid development of network environment the next. And in early twenty-first Century, the library outsourcing mode gradually by many libraries for reference, this development model, not only from the previous fixed buy books in the old book put finishing routine, to increase social revenue, entrepreneurial opportunities to some individual operators, they bring revenue routes, but also reduced the library the work cost, economic burden, which requires large economic costs, now not only reduced the work link, and to do the work of the task to the door to pass the bookseller, Greatly improve the work efficiency of library, improve attention and devotion to the professional work of library staff, but also to the readers who brought a lot of convenience, so that readers of the book can quickly came to the front of the reader, the reader has increased interest in reading books. Make a lot of this will not be read. Or reading a little volume of more popular library, the library in the community more valuable, more can bring benefits and interests for the people and readers. This article is mainly from the library of 29 undergraduate colleges in Anhui Province as the research object, using the network survey method, questionnaire survey method, literature research method. The telephone interview, on-the-spot investigation and analysis of outsourcing of acquisition and Cataloguing in University Libraries of Anhui province were formed with statistics, three university libraries are typical case Analysis of University Libraries in Anhui province are discussed, outsourcing problems on the basis of this, the thesis provides reasonable suggestions for the outsourcing of acquisition and Cataloguing in University Libraries of Anhui Province, Hope University Library to avoid detours in the process of outsourcing, the better and faster development. Firstly, in the first part the author will mainly introduce the background, purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods and innovations and shortcomings. Then the author will mainly investigate the overall situation of Anhui province university library outsourcing, including the survey sample of colleges and universities in Anhui province library outsourcing, survey content and data statistics. Then the author will select three typical cases in the sample were analyzed and compared, and the reasons mainly from the analysis of three typical cases and the outsourcing of the Comparison of outsourcing content, successful experience and explore three university library outsourcing, and provide a reference for the development of Anhui Province University Library Outsourcing in the future. Then through the investigation and Research on typical cases, find the problem from the actual investigation of the case, to be extended and found all kinds of thinking, caused by the outsourcing of university library the possible problems, and the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing of acquisition and Cataloguing in libraries of colleges and universities are detailed. Finally the author will be based on the actual problems and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures about the cataloging work of colleges and universities in Anhui province library outsourcing, hope the library can avoid detours in the process of outsourcing. Finally the author will be the development status of Anhui University Library Outsourcing summary, and the University Library Outsourcing prospects for the future. Hope this article in the investigation. All the problems and suggestions can help Anhui's University Library's acquisition and Cataloguing Outsourcing, and promote the overall development of Anhui's University Library's acquisition and Cataloguing Outsourcing Business.
