【摘要】：隨著智能終端和移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,移動APP在信息服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的強大潛力使其逐漸受到社會各方的關(guān)注和應(yīng)用,但在我國公共檔案館領(lǐng)域尚屬試水階段。為了解我國公共檔案館APP的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,本文以我國現(xiàn)有的9個檔案館APP為研究對象,從類型、系統(tǒng)支持度、開發(fā)模式、網(wǎng)站宣傳和服務(wù)內(nèi)容對其進行調(diào)查。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),由于思想層面存在認識誤區(qū)、物質(zhì)層面受能力限制,我國公共檔案館APP存在發(fā)展緩慢、服務(wù)內(nèi)容單一、缺乏特色、質(zhì)量差、影響力弱的問題。對此,建議公共檔案館通過轉(zhuǎn)變建設(shè)思維、注重與第三方合作,推進數(shù)字檔案資源的"量"與"質(zhì)"同步建設(shè),注重用戶體驗、提供個性化服務(wù),加強市場營銷和推廣等策略推進檔案館APP移動服務(wù)的進程。
[Abstract]:With the development of intelligent terminals and mobile Internet, mobile APP has attracted more and more attention and application due to its strong potential in the field of information services. But in the field of public archives in China is still a trial stage. In order to understand the development status of APP, this paper takes 9 archives APP as the research object, from the type, the system support degree. The development model, website propaganda and service content are investigated. It is found that the APP of public archives of our country has been developing slowly because of the misunderstanding in ideology and the limitation of ability in material level. Service content is single, lack of characteristics, poor quality, weak influence. In view of this, it is suggested that the public archives through the transformation of construction thinking, focus on cooperation with third parties. To promote the construction of "quantity" and "quality" of digital archives resources, pay attention to user experience, provide individualized services, and strengthen marketing and promotion to promote the process of APP mobile services in archives.
