【摘要】：[目的/意義]旨在分析國外科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)影響力的研究內(nèi)容與存在的問題,為我國在該領(lǐng)域的研究提供參考。[方法/過程]以國外相關(guān)重要機構(gòu)研究及項目成果調(diào)研為主,以Web of Sciences、Google Scholar數(shù)據(jù)庫文獻調(diào)研為輔,采用文獻追溯方法,試圖對國外科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)影響力研究狀況進行調(diào)研、梳理與總結(jié)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]目前,科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)影響力研究已經(jīng)得到國外學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注,其研究內(nèi)容大致包括科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)影響力的內(nèi)涵、類型、關(guān)系、相關(guān)主體、評價方法五類,但其整體研究仍處于初級階段。在借鑒國外相關(guān)經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)影響力未來的研究發(fā)展提出培養(yǎng)數(shù)據(jù)引用意識與文化、加強基礎(chǔ)理論研究與特征指標(biāo)研究的建議。
[Abstract]:[The purpose of this paper is to analyze the research contents and existing problems of the influence of foreign scientific data, and to provide a reference for the research in this field in China. [Methods / process: the main research and project results were related to foreign institutions, supplemented by Web of Sciences Google Scholar database literature survey. By using literature tracing method, this paper attempts to investigate and summarize the research status of the influence of foreign scientific data. [Results / conclusion] at present, the research on the influence of scientific data has been paid attention by the foreign academic circles. The research content includes five categories: the connotation, the type, the relation, the related subject and the evaluation method of the scientific data influence. However, the overall research is still in the primary stage. On the basis of learning from the relevant experience of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the cultivation of data citation consciousness and culture for the future research and development of the influence of scientific data in China. Suggestions for strengthening basic theoretical research and characteristic index research.
