【摘要】：信息化時(shí)代的到來(lái)為圖書館管理工作提供了更多的管理途徑選擇,特別是在大學(xué)圖書館的管理工作開(kāi)展中,對(duì)信息化的管理方式具有更強(qiáng)的依賴性。大學(xué)圖書館是大學(xué)生信息獲取的重要渠道,大學(xué)階段的學(xué)習(xí)中,學(xué)生需要通過(guò)多種途徑來(lái)獲取知識(shí),其中圖書館就是最重要的渠道之一。知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備是學(xué)生走向社會(huì)的一個(gè)重要支持,也是提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)能力和專業(yè)能力的保障。由于圖書館的存在對(duì)于學(xué)生的影響比較大,學(xué)生對(duì)于圖書館的使用需求也比較大,在這樣的情況下,做好圖書館的管理工作就非常重要。在當(dāng)前社會(huì)中的技術(shù)條件下,大學(xué)圖書館管理工作方式也隨著社會(huì)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,管理方式和管理手段以及管理理念方面都在向著更加積極更加現(xiàn)代的方向發(fā)展。如何在信息化時(shí)代中做好大學(xué)圖書館的管理工作,如何把握好信息化時(shí)代的社會(huì)需求,成為圖書館管理工作需要長(zhǎng)期探討的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the information age provides more options for library management, especially in the development of university library management. The university library is an important channel for college students to obtain information. In the study of university stage, students need to obtain knowledge through a variety of ways. Among them, library is one of the most important channels. Knowledge reserve is an important support for students to go to society. It is also a guarantee to improve students' learning ability and professional ability. Because the existence of library has a great influence on students, students also have a great demand for library use, in such a case. It is very important to do a good job in the management of the library. Under the technical conditions of the current society, the management mode of the university library is also transformed with the progress of the social technology. Management methods and management methods as well as management concepts are moving towards a more active and more modern direction. How to do a good job in the management of university libraries in the information age. How to grasp the social needs in the information age has become a problem that library management needs to discuss for a long time.
