【摘要】：當(dāng)前圖書館所處的信息環(huán)境發(fā)生了深刻的變化,傳統(tǒng)模式下的信息服務(wù)無法繼續(xù)滿足用戶的需求。學(xué)科服務(wù)正是一種順應(yīng)信息社會發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的更深層的服務(wù)模式。在學(xué)科服務(wù)模式下,圖書館所提供的服務(wù)從沒有差別的、以文獻(xiàn)為主的普通服務(wù)變?yōu)榉⻊?wù)到人的、有針對性的知識服務(wù),構(gòu)架起圖書館和院系等相關(guān)部門通力合作、多位一體的知識服務(wù)機(jī)制,帶動資源整合、機(jī)構(gòu)重組和服務(wù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計等一系列運行機(jī)制的優(yōu)化,不僅為高校科研和教學(xué)保駕護(hù)航,更為學(xué)科建設(shè)的長足發(fā)展提供源源動力。目前國內(nèi)許多高校圖書館已經(jīng)不同程度地開展了學(xué)科服務(wù)實踐,許多院校的學(xué)科服務(wù)機(jī)制已初見成效。但與此同時應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的是,基于現(xiàn)狀之下暴露出的不足也有很多。本文選取國內(nèi)39所“985工程”高校圖書館為調(diào)查對象,從學(xué)科服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建、學(xué)科服務(wù)團(tuán)隊建設(shè)、學(xué)科服務(wù)內(nèi)容及平臺、學(xué)科服務(wù)效果四個方面來分析現(xiàn)階段“985工程”高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)實踐現(xiàn)狀,并從中總結(jié)出成功經(jīng)驗與不足之處,以此探討完善學(xué)科服務(wù)的方法與對策。本文主要分為以下六個部分:第一部分:緒論,對本文的選題思路與研究背景進(jìn)行介紹,梳理并整合國內(nèi)外關(guān)于學(xué)科服務(wù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并且對研究的內(nèi)容與方法、研究的創(chuàng)新之處進(jìn)行說明。第二部分:學(xué)科服務(wù)相關(guān)理論的介紹,著重介紹了學(xué)科服務(wù)的概念及特點、學(xué)科館員的內(nèi)涵及職責(zé)、學(xué)科服務(wù)與參考咨詢的關(guān)系、學(xué)科服務(wù)模式等。第三部分:“985工程”高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)實踐現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析,從前述四個方面來進(jìn)行實際調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上對目前我國“985工程”高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)的開展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析。第四部分:對成功經(jīng)驗和存在的問題的探索,在第三部分調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對同濟(jì)大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)和武漢大學(xué)四個優(yōu)秀案例的分析,探索當(dāng)前“985工程”高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)實踐普遍存在的問題和不足,并且結(jié)合實際情況對其成因進(jìn)行分析。第五部分:對解決對策的探索,基于第三、四部分的調(diào)查與分析,探索進(jìn)一步完善與發(fā)展“985工程”大學(xué)圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)的對策,并且為國內(nèi)其他高校圖書館提供借鑒與參考。第六部分:總結(jié)與展望,綜合前五部分的理論研究與實際調(diào)查分析,對研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究的不足之處以及未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:The information environment in which the library is located has undergone profound changes. The traditional mode of information service can not continue to meet the needs of users. Subject service is just a deeper service mode which is in line with the development of the information society. The service provided by the library has changed from the common service, which is mainly to literature, to the service to people, and the targeted knowledge service, which sets up the cooperation of the relevant departments such as the library and the college and department. The optimization of a series of operation mechanisms, such as multi-position knowledge service mechanism, resource integration, organization reorganization and service product design, is not only a guarantee for scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities. The rapid development of discipline construction provides a source of power. At present, many university libraries in China have carried out the practice of discipline service to varying degrees. The discipline service mechanism of many colleges and universities has already achieved initial results, but at the same time, we should pay attention to it. Based on the current situation, there are many deficiencies exposed. This paper selects 39 "985 project" university libraries as the investigation object, from the subject service system construction, the subject service team construction. Subject service content and platform, subject service effect four aspects to analyze the current "985 project" university library subject service practice status, and summed up the successful experience and shortcomings. This paper is divided into the following six parts: the first part: introduction, this paper introduces the ideas and research background of this topic. Combing and integrating the domestic and foreign research on the status quo of the subject service, and the content and method of the research, the innovation of the study is explained. Part two: the introduction of the related theories of the subject service. This paper mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of subject service, the connotation and duty of subject librarian, and the relationship between subject service and reference service. The third part: "Project 985" university library subject service practice investigation and analysis, from the above four aspects of the actual investigation. On this basis, the author analyzes the development of academic service in the university library of "Project 985" in China. Part 4th: the exploration of the successful experience and existing problems, on the basis of the third part of the investigation and analysis. Based on the analysis of four outstanding cases of Tongji University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University and Wuhan University, this paper explores the common problems and shortcomings in the academic service practice of "Project 985". And combined with the actual situation of the cause of its analysis. 5th part: the solution of the exploration, based on the third, four parts of the investigation and analysis. To explore the further improvement and development of the "985 Project" university library subject services, and to provide reference and reference for other university libraries in China. Part 6th: summary and prospect. In this paper, the main contents, shortcomings and future development of the first five parts of theoretical research and practical investigation and analysis are summarized.
