【摘要】：目的:了解中醫(yī)藥治療黃褐斑的研究概況,為黃褐斑的臨床治療和研究提供參考。方法:以中國生物醫(yī)學文獻光盤數據庫、萬方數據庫、相關期刊論文和維普中文科技期刊數據庫為檢索工具,以"黃褐斑"為主題詞,檢索2003年1月-2012年12月治療方案為中醫(yī)藥療法的文獻。采用文獻計量學方法,對文獻按照其年發(fā)文量、刊載期刊、研究機構、文獻類型、引用參考文獻、他引次數、基金資助和省市分布等進行分類統(tǒng)計分析。結果:2005-2012年,該類文獻呈緩慢增長趨勢;發(fā)文量排名前10位的期刊中,僅《中國美容醫(yī)學》為非中醫(yī)藥類期刊,且排名第1位;發(fā)文量排名前7位的研究機構以中醫(yī)藥院校為主,其次為中醫(yī)院;文獻類型以個案報告、治療前后對比研究和分組對照研究為主,其中分組對照研究類文獻呈逐年遞增的趨勢;引用的參考文獻以中文文獻為主;他引次數10次以上的共82篇,最高的單篇他引次數達47次;獲基金資助的僅11篇(占3.15%);文獻作者單位分布于我國32個省(市、自治區(qū)),且主要分布在沿海地區(qū)。結論:黃褐斑的中醫(yī)藥治療逐漸受到重視,但研究的廣度和深度都存在不足,可從現代醫(yī)學的角度來探索黃褐斑的中醫(yī)病理機制和縮短病程的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the general situation of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chloasma and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment and study of chloasma. Methods: the Chinese biomedical literature CD-ROM database, Wanfang database. The full-text database of Chinese periodicals and the database of Chinese scientific and technological journals of Weipu are used as retrieval tools, with "chloasma" as the subject word. To search the literature of traditional Chinese medicine therapy from January 2003 to December 2012. By bibliometrics method, the literature was published in periodicals, research institutions and literature types according to the amount of papers issued annually. The references, the number of references, the fund grants and the distribution of provinces and cities were cited for statistical analysis. Results from 2005 to 2012, this kind of literature showed a trend of slow growth. Among the top 10 journals, only "Chinese Beauty Medicine" is a non-traditional Chinese medicine periodical, and ranked first; The top 7 research institutions in terms of the amount of papers issued were mainly Chinese medicine institutions, followed by Chinese medicine hospitals; The main types of literature were case report, comparative study and group control study before and after treatment, among which the literature of group control study showed an increasing trend year by year. The references cited are mainly Chinese literature. 82 were cited by him more than 10 times, and 47 were cited by the highest number of single citations. Only 11 (3.15%) were funded by the fund; The authors are distributed in 32 provinces (cities and autonomous regions) and mainly in coastal areas. Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chloasma has been paid more and more attention, but the breadth and depth of the study are insufficient. From the point of view of modern medicine, we can explore the pathological mechanism of chloasma and the treatment of shortening the course of disease.
