【摘要】：通過對宋代相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析,我們認(rèn)為:宋代檔案原件意識是明確的,在多數(shù)場合下都是受到重視和強(qiáng)調(diào)的。首先,這一意識表現(xiàn)為宋代檔案工作中存在與"原件"相關(guān)的名詞,這些名詞分別是:"元本""正本""底本"及"真本"。其次,這一意識表現(xiàn)為在宋代檔案工作中皇命文書和官文書都需按要求保管原件。最后,這一意識表現(xiàn)為檔案原件在信息的核驗(yàn)、訴訟和國土爭端得以廣泛利用并發(fā)揮著證據(jù)價(jià)值。以宋代相關(guān)史實(shí)為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而我們相信傳統(tǒng)檔案管理中"檔案原件"意識的確立時(shí)間應(yīng)大大早于已有研究者所提出的"近代以后"。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis, we think the relevant literature of the Song Dynasty: the Song Dynasty original archives consciousness is clear, is the attention and emphasis in most occasions. First of all, this awareness for the existence of nouns and "original" related files in the Song Dynasty, these words are: "the" original "and" Yuan "copy" and "the true". Secondly, this consciousness in Song Dynasty imperial archives life documents and official documents are required to keep the original. Finally, the consciousness of original archives in information verification, litigation and land disputes can be widely used and plays in the Song Dynasty related evidence value. Based on historical facts, and we believe that the traditional archives management in the "original archives" awareness of the establishment of time is much earlier than the researchers have proposed "modern times".
