【摘要】：本文介紹了公共圖書館展覽績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建設(shè)原則。以此為導(dǎo)向,從圖書館展覽場(chǎng)館管理、展覽服務(wù)功能、展覽服務(wù)效果等角度出發(fā),確定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。最后闡述了通過結(jié)構(gòu)熵權(quán)法建立各指標(biāo)體系的權(quán)重過程,構(gòu)建了公共圖書館展覽績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation of the research on the performance evaluation index system of public libraries, and analyzes the construction principles of the performance evaluation index system, which is guided by the management of exhibition venues and the functions of exhibition services in libraries. From the view of exhibition service effect, the evaluation index is determined. Finally, the weight process of each index system is established by means of structure entropy weight method, and the structure of public library exhibition performance evaluation index system is constructed.
