【摘要】：[目的 /意義]探索搜索引擎、網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康社區(qū)、問(wèn)答社區(qū)、社交軟件四類(lèi)健康信息平臺(tái)下,人格特質(zhì)對(duì)青年人健康信息搜尋行為的影響,以期能夠改善國(guó)內(nèi)健康信息服務(wù),為青年用戶(hù)提供有效的健康信息支持。[目的/意義]以青年人作為研究對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法收集了391位用戶(hù)的數(shù)據(jù),并選取30位用戶(hù)進(jìn)行訪談,利用相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,對(duì)不同健康信息平臺(tái)下用戶(hù)健康信息搜尋行為的人格特質(zhì)差異進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),人格特質(zhì)對(duì)青年人健康信息搜尋行為具有顯著影響,并且不同人格特質(zhì)對(duì)不同平臺(tái)健康信息搜尋的影響效應(yīng)大小各異;用戶(hù)在不同健康信息平臺(tái)下的健康信息搜尋行為具有差異性,其中,搜尋引擎的使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)最為豐富,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)健康社區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)最為匱乏,并且對(duì)PC端與移動(dòng)端的健康信息平臺(tái)的使用偏好不同。
[Abstract]:[Objective / to explore the influence of personality traits on young people's health information search behavior under four kinds of health information platforms: search engine, network healthy community, question and answer community and social software. In order to improve the domestic health information services and provide effective health information support for young users. [Objective / significance] the data of 391 users were collected by questionnaire, 30 users were interviewed and the relevant statistical methods were used. The differences of personality traits of users' health information search behavior under different health information platforms were analyzed empirically. [Results / conclusion] the results showed that personality traits had significant influence on the health information search behavior of young people, and different personality traits had different effects on health information search in different platforms. The health information search behavior of users under different health information platforms is different, among which, the search engine is the most experienced, while the network health community experience is the most scarce. And the use preference of the health information platform between PC and mobile is different.
