【摘要】:高校圖書(shū)館作為高校文獻(xiàn)信息中心,教學(xué)、科研以及學(xué)科建設(shè)的服務(wù)性機(jī)構(gòu),在高校的發(fā)展中扮演著重要的角色。而對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館員工的績(jī)效考評(píng),不僅僅涉及到的是員工的薪酬、待遇、職稱的評(píng)定等與員工的利益息息相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,而且還涉及到管理者對(duì)人才的招聘、職位的選拔等等,所以重要性也就不言而喻。近些年,我國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館對(duì)于員工的績(jī)效考評(píng)雖然比較重視,在理論以及實(shí)踐方面也取得了一定的成績(jī),但依然存在著這樣那樣的問(wèn)題,諸如績(jī)效考評(píng)體系構(gòu)建目的性不強(qiáng)、考評(píng)指標(biāo)的確定缺乏科學(xué)依據(jù)、考評(píng)過(guò)程忽視溝通、考評(píng)結(jié)果的反饋應(yīng)用不足等等。這些問(wèn)題的存在很大程度上阻礙了我國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館管理水平的提升,也讓員工工作的積極性難以充分發(fā)揮。因此,針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,如何構(gòu)建出一套適合我國(guó)高校圖書(shū)館的員工績(jī)效考評(píng)體系,對(duì)原有的績(jī)效考評(píng)體系進(jìn)行科學(xué)的優(yōu)化,就是擺在人們面前的一個(gè)重要課題。論文首先對(duì)高校圖書(shū)館員工績(jī)效考評(píng)的內(nèi)涵、方法、理論依據(jù)、可行性以及難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了理論闡述;其次,對(duì)FE大學(xué)圖書(shū)館的組織構(gòu)架、崗位人員分布、績(jī)效考評(píng)體系等現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)分析;再次,針對(duì)FE大學(xué)圖書(shū)館員工績(jī)效考評(píng)中存在的問(wèn)題,從考評(píng)體系、方案設(shè)計(jì)以及實(shí)施步驟等方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;最后,通過(guò)對(duì)FE大學(xué)圖書(shū)館員工績(jī)效考評(píng)優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,總結(jié)了優(yōu)化的特點(diǎn),一方面可為完善FE大學(xué)圖書(shū)館員工績(jī)效考評(píng)體系,為員工崗位、薪酬的調(diào)整提供參考依據(jù),另一方面也可為提高國(guó)內(nèi)高校圖書(shū)館員工績(jī)效考核的科學(xué)性提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:The teaching of University Library as the information center, scientific research and discipline construction service organization, plays an important role in the development of University. The college library staff performance appraisal, not only relates to the employee's salary, benefits, job classification and employee benefits is closely related to the content, but also related to the management of personnel recruitment, job selection and so on, so the importance is self-evident. In recent years, China's University Library for the performance appraisal of employee although more attention, also made some achievements in theory and practice, but there still exist such problems, such as performance appraisal system construction purpose is not strong, determine the evaluation index of the lack of scientific basis for the evaluation process, ignoring communication, feedback of results of application insufficiency and so on. These problems greatly Hinder the library management in Colleges and universities of our country, also let the enthusiasm of the staff work hard to give full play. Therefore, in view of the above problems, how to construct a set of suitable for China's university library staff performance appraisal system, optimize the science of the original performance evaluation system is an important subject in front of the front of the people. Firstly, the connotation of performance evaluation of university library, methods, theoretical basis, feasibility and difficulties of the theory expounded; secondly, the organizational structure of the FE university library, personnel distribution, current situation of performance appraisal system and the problems in a comprehensive and systematic analysis; again, aiming at FE university the performance evaluation of library staff, from the evaluation system design and implementation steps and other aspects of the optimization; finally, based on the FE university library staff performance Evaluation of optimization scheme for the empirical research, summarizes the optimization characteristics, on the one hand to improve the performance appraisal system of FE university library, for staff, to provide reference for salary adjustment, on the other hand can also provide important reference for improving the science of domestic university library staff performance appraisal.
