【摘要】：收集、整理民國時期個人、機構(gòu)對圖書館數(shù)量的歷次調(diào)查統(tǒng)計,以及中華圖書館協(xié)會留下的會員統(tǒng)計表,對民國時期的圖書館數(shù)量、圖書館員人數(shù)、圖書館學者的群體規(guī)模及地域分布等進行統(tǒng)計分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)圖書館學者的區(qū)域分布嚴重失衡,這種失衡受到經(jīng)濟、政治、文化、教育等因素的影響。民國時期的圖書館學者群體曾通過提案,影響國家決策,使全國圖書館區(qū)域分布失衡的狀況有所改善;也有個別學者以個人魅力凝聚同行,帶動一方圖書館事業(yè)的發(fā)展;歷史經(jīng)驗表明,國家調(diào)控是平衡圖書館和圖書館學者群體分布失衡的必要手段。
[Abstract]:Collect and arrange the number of individuals and institutions in the period of the Republic of China, the number of libraries, the number of librarians and the number of librarians, as well as the statistics of the members left by the Chinese Library Association, the number of libraries during the period of the Republic of China. Through statistical analysis of the group size and regional distribution of library scholars, it is found that the regional distribution of library scholars is seriously unbalanced, which is affected by economy, politics and culture. During the period of the Republic of China, the academic group of libraries had adopted a proposal to influence the national decision-making, so as to improve the imbalance of the regional distribution of libraries in the country. There are also individual scholars with personal charm to condense peers, driving the development of one side of the library cause; The historical experience shows that the state regulation and control is the necessary means to balance the imbalance of the distribution of libraries and library scholars.
