【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對目前國內(nèi)缺乏較為清晰的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)情報挖掘策略,探討以專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析視角,開展產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)情報的挖掘,旨在提出新的挖掘途徑和方法。[方法/過程]提出從產(chǎn)業(yè)政策激勵和市場需求出發(fā),結(jié)合專利的分析與利用角度,從產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)資源和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭格局4個維度,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)情報挖掘的內(nèi)容框架和測度指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)挖掘需求及數(shù)據(jù)類型,建立挖掘流程。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究成果能適應(yīng)和滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)決策者、行業(yè)參與者和競爭參與者挖掘產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)情報的需求,有助于其加強對產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展環(huán)境的認(rèn)知,有利于實踐參考。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] in view of the lack of clear mining strategy of industrial technical information in China at present, this paper probes into the mining of industrial technical information from the perspective of patent literature data analysis, aiming at putting forward new ways and methods for mining industrial technical information. [Methods / process] from the perspective of industrial policy incentive and market demand, combined with the analysis and utilization of patent, four dimensions of industrial environment, industrial technology chain, industrial technological resources and industrial competition pattern were proposed. The content framework and measurement index system of industrial technical information mining are constructed, and the mining process is established according to the mining requirements and data types. [Results / conclusion] the research results can meet the needs of industry decision makers, industry participants and competition participants in mining industry technology information, and help them to strengthen their understanding of the industrial technology development environment. It is beneficial to practice reference.
