【摘要】：本文以中韓入選世界記憶工程的檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)為研究對象,運(yùn)用對比分析的研究方法,歸納概括韓國世界記憶工程的特色,進(jìn)而為中國檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的申報工作提出針對性的建議。首先,對世界記憶工程的目標(biāo)與意義、管理與運(yùn)作、評選與試點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概述,同時,介紹了檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的概念、價值和保護(hù)。進(jìn)而,明確了世界記憶工程檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的概念,引出中韓入選世界記憶工程檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀分析。本研究主要從時間特點(diǎn)、載體組成、收藏機(jī)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容構(gòu)成和價值分析這五個維度,介紹了中韓兩國入選檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀。其次,根據(jù)中韓入選世界記憶工程檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀分析成果,對比中韓兩國入選檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)的外部形式和內(nèi)容構(gòu)成。外部形式對比主要從時間分布、載體組成、收藏機(jī)構(gòu)和提名資料四個維度展開;同時,內(nèi)容構(gòu)成對比主要集中在宗教、儀禮、醫(yī)學(xué)、史學(xué)和戰(zhàn)爭五個方面。最后,根據(jù)對比分析的研究成果,概括出韓國世界記憶工程的特色,即檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)申報的意識較強(qiáng)、遺產(chǎn)申報具有連續(xù)性、遺產(chǎn)申報工作準(zhǔn)備充分且遺產(chǎn)申報的外部環(huán)境良好。進(jìn)而,提出對中國檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn)申報工作的啟示:提升檔案文獻(xiàn)申遺意識、注重檔案文獻(xiàn)申遺連續(xù)性、加強(qiáng)檔案文獻(xiàn)準(zhǔn)備工作并開展申遺工作的交流合作。
[Abstract]:This paper selected archival heritage in China and South Korea the world memory project as the research object, using the method of comparative analysis, summarizes the Korean World Memory Project characteristics, so as to China archival heritage declaration advises. First of all, the goal and the significance of the memory of the world project, management and operation, selection and pilot are introduced, at the same time, introduces the concept of archival heritage, value and protection. Then, defines the concept of memory of the world heritage of archival documents, analysis of the current situation of China and South Korea selected leads to the memory of the world project archives literature heritage. This study mainly from the characteristics of time, carrier composition, collection agencies, the content and value of this in five dimensions, introduces the current situation of China and South Korea selected archival heritage. Secondly, according to the China and South Korea in the world memory project archives heritage status analysis The comparison between China and South Korea, selected archival heritage external form and content. An external form contrast mainly from time distribution, carrier, and data collection agencies launched nominated four dimensions; at the same time, the content of which is mainly concentrated in comparative religion, ritual, medicine, the five aspects of history and war. Finally, according to the research results of comparison the analysis, summarized Korea world memory project characteristics, namely the archival heritage declaration of the strong sense of continuity, heritage, heritage and heritage reporting to the full declaration of the good external environment. Then, put forward to the Chinese archival heritage declaration enlightenment: enhance archives consciousness of Archives on the inscription, the inscription of continuous, strengthen exchanges and cooperation for archival work and carry out the inscription.
