【摘要】：[目的/意義]基于當(dāng)前對(duì)科研項(xiàng)目的研究主要以數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和計(jì)量分析為主,以NSF資助的海洋酸化相關(guān)研究的項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)為例,從項(xiàng)目主題的角度研究科研立項(xiàng)的重點(diǎn)和演化,并對(duì)未來(lái)投入趨勢(shì)加以預(yù)測(cè)。[方法/過(guò)程]使用LDA主題模型對(duì)該研究的主題進(jìn)行分析,計(jì)算主題強(qiáng)度分析演化過(guò)程,統(tǒng)計(jì)NSF申請(qǐng)書(shū)項(xiàng)目與支撐發(fā)表的核心論文主題強(qiáng)度之間的相關(guān)性,進(jìn)而分析NSF海洋酸化項(xiàng)目的主題發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]發(fā)現(xiàn)LDA模型可以很好的發(fā)現(xiàn)海洋酸化的主要研究主題,且NSF資助的科研項(xiàng)目與支撐發(fā)表論文的主題演化規(guī)律具有一致性。使用的方法對(duì)科研資助機(jī)構(gòu)資助的項(xiàng)目從主題的角度進(jìn)行分析,研究國(guó)家科研機(jī)構(gòu)資助項(xiàng)目的主題布局和變化趨勢(shì),對(duì)國(guó)家科技部門(mén)或機(jī)構(gòu)的項(xiàng)目發(fā)展部署和規(guī)劃具有一定的參考和支撐作用。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] based on the current research projects are mainly data statistics and econometric analysis, taking the project data of ocean acidification related research funded by NSF as an example. The emphasis and evolution of scientific research project are studied from the point of view of project theme, and the future investment trend is forecasted. [Method / process] the theme of the study was analyzed using the LDA thematic model, and the evolution process of the topic strength analysis was calculated. The correlation between the NSF application project and the supporting core paper is analyzed, and the development trend of the NSF ocean acidification project is analyzed. [Results / conclusion] LDA model can be used to find the main research topics of ocean acidification. And the research projects funded by NSF are consistent with the theme evolution of supporting the published papers. The methods used to analyze the projects funded by scientific research institutions from the point of view of the theme. The research on the theme layout and the changing trend of the projects funded by the national scientific research institutions has a certain reference and support role for the project development and planning of the national science and technology departments or institutions.
