【摘要】：[目的 /意義]面對圖書館學(xué)情報學(xué)學(xué)科在信息分化問題研究中對整體性、以人為本和關(guān)注效用等理論的訴求,探尋符合上述訴求的邏輯起點(diǎn)。[方法 /過程]基于對信息分化領(lǐng)域所采用相關(guān)概念的梳理,采用扎根理論方法對田野調(diào)查質(zhì)性數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,歸納可行信息能力概念框架,結(jié)合效用主義、可行能力、信息素養(yǎng)等相關(guān)理論分析,提出可行信息能力是信息主體在信息行為中表現(xiàn)出來的實(shí)質(zhì)自由。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]可行信息能力表現(xiàn)為信息主體在實(shí)踐中的功能性活動,是結(jié)構(gòu)因素、能動性因素和具體情境因素共同作用的結(jié)果。其中,結(jié)構(gòu)因素主要包括經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、社會規(guī)范、政策法規(guī)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、信息資源等內(nèi)容,能動性因素主要包括個人意識、技能、知識狀態(tài)、社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)等內(nèi)容,情境因素主要包括時間、空間和場景等內(nèi)容。通過探討可行信息能力作為圖書館學(xué)情報學(xué)學(xué)科概念的適用性,發(fā)現(xiàn)其對信息貧困、信息行為、信息服務(wù)等研究領(lǐng)域具有可能的闡釋作用。
[Abstract]:[Purpose / significance] facing the theory of library information and Information Science in the research of information differentiation, we seek the logical starting point that meets the above demands for holistic, people-oriented and concerned utility theory. [method] using / process related concepts of information differentiation in the field of research based on grounded theory method, field investigation of qualitative data analysis, summarized the concept of feasible information ability framework, analysis combined with utilitarianism and feasible ability, information literacy and other related theories, is the essence of freedom of information subject reflected in the behavior of the information provided a feasible information ability. [result / Conclusion] feasible information capability is a functional activity of information subject in practice, which is a result of interaction of structural factors, dynamic factors and specific situational factors. The main structural factors including economic conditions, social norms, policies and regulations, infrastructure, information resources, initiative factors include personal consciousness, skills, knowledge, social networks and other content, situational factors including time, space and scene etc.. Through exploring the applicability of feasible information capacity as a subject concept of Library and information science, it is found that it has a potential explanatory role in information poverty, information behavior, information service and other research fields.
