【摘要】：本文以河南省圖書館館藏古籍的保護與利用為研究對象,旨在為解決當前河南省圖書館古籍保存保護中出現(xiàn)的一些問題提供方法和建議,為其古籍資源的開發(fā)利用和數(shù)字化提出發(fā)展建議和展望。河南省圖書館的館藏古籍約有50萬冊,2007年開展古籍普查工作以來,先后有97部古籍入選《國家珍貴古籍名錄》；164部入選《河南省珍貴古籍名錄》。擁有這么多珍貴古籍,河南省圖書館的責任重大。但是經(jīng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),河南省圖書館的古籍保護工作還存在一些問題,比如設(shè)施不完善,修復(fù)人員缺乏等。而且,河南省圖書館的古籍數(shù)字化工作也剛剛起步,古籍資源的開發(fā)利用方面成果不多。本文通過實地調(diào)查古籍書庫硬件硬件設(shè)施、抽樣調(diào)查古籍破損情況、查閱相關(guān)文獻資料以及對工作人員進行訪談等方式,盡可能詳盡的了解河南省圖書館古籍保護與利用的真實現(xiàn)狀。了解現(xiàn)狀后,分析了存在的問題與原因,介紹了古籍保護與修復(fù)的方法,并給出了一些建議與展望。本文的意義在于,近些年并沒有對河南省圖書館古籍的保存現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,而本文則對河南省圖書館古籍書庫進行了全面調(diào)查,并分析了調(diào)查結(jié)果指出存在的問題,進而有針對性地給出了自己的一些建議。本文認為,加強古籍保護宣傳、改善書庫保存條件、提高工作人員業(yè)務(wù)水平、采取現(xiàn)代和傳統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的保護措施、加快古籍數(shù)字化進程,是解決當前河南省圖書館古籍保護及利用問題的主要途徑。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the protection and utilization of ancient books in the library of Henan Province as the research object, aims to solve the current library of Henan Province, some problems appeared in the protection of ancient books provide methods and suggestions for the development and utilization of the ancient resources digitization puts forward development suggestions and prospects. The collection of ancient books in Henan library has about 500 thousand volumes. Since the census work was carried out in 2007, 97 ancient books have been selected in the list of national precious ancient books. 164 of them have been selected as the list of precious ancient books in Henan province. With so many precious ancient books, the responsibility of the library of Henan province is very important. However, it has been found that there are still some problems in the protection of ancient books in Henan library, such as imperfect facilities and lack of repair personnel. Moreover, the digital work of ancient books in Henan library has just started, and the development and utilization of ancient books resources are not much. Based on the field investigation of hardware and hardware facilities of ancient library, sampling survey of ancient books' breakage, consulting related literature and interviews with staff, etc., we can get a detailed understanding of the real situation of the protection and utilization of ancient books in Henan library. After understanding the present situation, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, introduces the methods for the protection and restoration of ancient books, and gives some suggestions and prospects. The significance of this paper is research in recent years and did not save the status of Henan provincial library books, but this is the ancient stacks of Library of Henan province conducted a comprehensive survey and analysis of the survey results and points out the existing problems, so as to give some suggestions. This paper argues that strengthening propaganda, improve the protection of ancient books library preservation conditions, improve the staff professional level, take protective measures, a combination of modern and traditional speed up the digitization process, solve the utilization and protection of ancient books of Henan Province Library problem.
