【摘要】：圖書館是研究型大學(xué)的信息資源服務(wù)中心,研究型大學(xué)圖書館的主要任務(wù)是組織和揭示科研過程中所需要的各種信息資源,優(yōu)化服務(wù)流程,向科研人員提供專業(yè)的科研支持服務(wù)。文章采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研法對美國10所研究型大學(xué)圖書館開展的科研支持服務(wù)進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,梳理出這10所圖書館開展科研支持工作的服務(wù)理念和實踐經(jīng)驗。美國研究型大學(xué)圖書館開展科研支持服務(wù)的內(nèi)容和形式既有重合交叉又各具特色,國內(nèi)研究型大學(xué)圖書館應(yīng)該加快服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,以科研用戶需求為中心,整合全館資源開展一站式科研支持服務(wù)工作。
[Abstract]:Library is the information resource service center of research university. The main task of research university library is to organize and reveal all kinds of information resources needed in the process of scientific research, optimize the service process, and provide professional research support services to researchers. This paper investigates and analyzes the research support services carried out by 10 research university libraries in the United States by means of network survey and literature review, and summarizes the service ideas and practical experience of the 10 libraries in carrying out scientific research support work. The American research university library to carry out the research content and form of support services both cross coincidence and each has its own characteristics, the domestic research university library should speed up the transformation of scientific research service, to customer demand as the center, the integration of resources to carry out a one-stop service to support scientific research work.
