【摘要】：圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)作為新興的服務(wù)模式,為新形勢(shì)下圖書(shū)館的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新提供了重要思路。服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)是圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)的重要構(gòu)建要素,分析面向圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)的學(xué)科館員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)思路具有實(shí)踐意義。本文在論述學(xué)科館員面向創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)可行性的基礎(chǔ)上,從圖書(shū)館和學(xué)科館員兩個(gè)層面闡述了面向圖書(shū)館創(chuàng)客空間服務(wù)的學(xué)科館員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)思路,前者包括分類(lèi)甄選、系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)和健全考核,后者包括轉(zhuǎn)變思維、能力建設(shè)和加強(qiáng)合作。
[Abstract]:As a new service mode, the library creation service provides an important way of thinking for the service innovation of the Library under the new situation. The service team is an important building element of the library's creating customer space service. It's of practical significance to analyze the construction of subject librarian team for the library's creation of customer space service. This paper discusses the subject librarian oriented maxspace service based on the feasibility of construction of subject librarian oriented library maxspace service is expounded from two aspects of Library and librarians, the former includes classification selection, training system and improve the assessment, including the change of thinking, strengthen cooperation and capacity building.
