【摘要】：圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務作為新興的服務模式,為新形勢下圖書館的服務創(chuàng)新提供了重要思路。服務團隊是圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務的重要構建要素,分析面向圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務的學科館員隊伍建設思路具有實踐意義。本文在論述學科館員面向創(chuàng)客空間服務可行性的基礎上,從圖書館和學科館員兩個層面闡述了面向圖書館創(chuàng)客空間服務的學科館員隊伍建設思路,前者包括分類甄選、系統(tǒng)培訓和健全考核,后者包括轉(zhuǎn)變思維、能力建設和加強合作。
[Abstract]:As a new service mode, the library creation service provides an important way of thinking for the service innovation of the Library under the new situation. The service team is an important building element of the library's creating customer space service. It's of practical significance to analyze the construction of subject librarian team for the library's creation of customer space service. This paper discusses the subject librarian oriented maxspace service based on the feasibility of construction of subject librarian oriented library maxspace service is expounded from two aspects of Library and librarians, the former includes classification selection, training system and improve the assessment, including the change of thinking, strengthen cooperation and capacity building.
